We have spent an excellent 5 days at Hotel Ottheinrich. The hotel comprises a traditional 4 story hotel and an annex across a narrow side street with larger suites. It is nicely decorated with Gustav Klimt influenced wall decor. Several of the rooms are slightly asymmetric, which adds to the charm. It is definitely not corporate and bland.
The location is in the heart of the old town 20 yards from the Marketplatz with all the cafes and restaurants. It can be a little noisy on the street, but nothing seems to last long. Also the church bells chime on the quarter starting at 9 in the morning until around 9 at night. You either like them or you don't, but you do get used to them even if you don't love them.
The staff have been very helpful, we changed rooms - no problem. Booked a taxi, then changed the time - no problem. All the time very cheerful and informative.
We would be happy to return and explore this delightful town again.

What a lovely place to stay. Right in the city Center. The hotel has all you need. The rooms are unique and full of details and charm. Loved the view out of my bed. Parking is available but limited. Also their is parking around in walking distance. With the app easy parking it is easy paid and works well.
Breakfast is lovely and offers all you like. Special needs and request ask the staff. They are very helpful.

Stayed there for few times since 2016. Staff is very friendly. Room very clean. Breakfast simple but very nice.

Modern small Hotel. Centrally located in the old town. Less than a Minute to the market square and the Historic Tanner Creek district

Really nice hotel with very helpful staff. Room and bathroom are both very spacious. Love the variety for breakfast. Nice little town to visit, plenty of things to do around.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Hotel is located immediately next to the marktplatz. Rooms are simple, but wonderful.
