This hotel has friendly and polite staff who went out of their way to make our trip memorable. Additionally, the sauna with its panoramic view, along with the hotel's beautiful surroundings, make it a worthwhile place to stay.

Mr. Minea at the hotel bar was the most outstanding experience of the whole hotel, and I mean I literally never met as polite and classy staff in my life.

Very decent hotel with comfortable rooms, lovely food and a beautiful location. The staff is mostly friendly, but less so towards foreigners. The breakfast is really good, dinner is nice, but the dessert options are very limited. The hotel has a sauna and pool, but the water is very cold.

The breakfast was very good as well as the apartment. However the restaurant food was very poor so was served a pork chop which was raw inside. The head waiter was surly and rude. When complaining to the hotel manager the next morning he did nothing about our complaint. It took several email from me to get a disappointing response without an apology

We stayed in the apartments. Breakfast was good as were the serving staff at breakfast. We ate in the restaurant the head waiter was rude and unhelpful. I was served a pork chop which was raw in the middle, only to be told that it was English. We complaint to the hotel director Herr Weisenborn on our departure who promised to get back to us without delay by email. We are still waiting 3 days later

We have stay in the apartment. Clean and quite a big apartment with two bedroom. The receptions are friendly and the delicious breakfast with enough choice of bread, yogurt, fruit etc. We had dinner 3 times and we had enjoyed it. The buffet dinner has a good taste and the price is not expensive. They also have a indoor pool and sauna. In the apartment area also has kids room with a lot of toys. We are surely enjoyed our stay.

Booked for a quick overnight stay. Although hotel is a bit dated, the room was quite okay with a nice bed. Wifi was also good. Breakfast simple, but okay.
The dark-haired, middle aged woman at the reception when I checked in was super nice and friendly. The blonde woman at the reception when I checked out was not friendly at all, was talking in the phone while checking me out, demanded an extra 9€ for breakfast that my booking said was included and got even grumpier when I wanted to pay those 9€ by card.
Hotel could easily have gotten a 4-star review, but the grumpy woman at the checkout spoiled the whole thing.
