Parking is not ideal, hotel does not have a garage on site or any assigned parking spots.
Also, I did not get the room I originally had booked and the shower was not accessible for handicapped ppl.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Sweets and biscuits available in the lobby at all times with a nice touch. Room was spacious and mostly clean. (Only bathroom sink could’ve used some drain cleaner.) Good location, and good value for money.

Superb
Our rooms were large, comfortable and extremely clean! Michael is the best! He was so friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and worth the fee! We couldn’t have been more pleased!

We stayed at a suite room with one couple and a friend. The couple used a separated bedroom with a full bathroom, and the other used a sofa bed and a half bath.

We were comfy and enjoyed the area.

We stayed with our 2yo for just one night and it was a great experience. Staff was super friendly, the room spacious, clean and comfortable. The interior seems a little dated, but if anything, it adds to its charme. It's a convenient enough location, quiet and close to restaurants. The breakfast wasn't cheap but certainly worth it - exceeded my expectations. Plenty of different options, with the highlight of a waffle maker with fresh dough. Can only recommend.

Probably one of the best hotel in Frankfurt. Excellent staff, very friendly. Nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious. We had a great time.

I had a positive experience at Alexander am Zoo and can recommend this place to other travelers. The rooms were clean and quiet, providing a very comfortable atmosphere for rest and relaxation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which really made the stay goodl.

Although the hotel is located a bit away from the city center, it was manageable thanks to excellent public transport right outside the hotel. This made it easy to get around the city without any hassle.

I ended up here after a terrible experience at Hotel Plaza, where I had to deal with bed bugs and awful rooms. Hotel Alexander am Zoo was a welcome contrast and truly saved my stay in the city.
