Very nice experience. Our Panoramic room was spacious and very clean. The thermal spa was amazing and the kids ages 10 and 7 loved it. We did not enjoy the food, but since it was Christmas everything else was closed. There is an Aldi and Globus in walking distance. We all look forward to going back soon.

This was the first time I heard "ni hao" from a sweeper here. I've stayed at this hotel for two nights and three days every year when I travel. I came back because I have such fond memories. But this time, the sweeper suddenly came into the room where my kids were sleeping at 9 a.m. The kids were so flustered they called for help. We ran into the housekeeper again in the hallway and he greeted us with "ni hao."🤯 And the server at breakfast greeted us in Japanese. 😮‍💨We're Korean. The ignorance of the sweeper and server is inevitable, but it's rude for staff at a prestigious hotel to do that. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere in Europe. It was my first time, so I was taken aback. There's no refrigerator or minibar. There's a large supermarket nearby. It's a great place to escape the city and relax in the quiet countryside.

It took my wife several attempts to reach someone by phone. We had hoped to spend an entire day in the sauna, but were informed that access was limited to standard check-in and check-out times unless we paid an additional 50 euros for early check-in at 12:00.

Ultimately, we paid an extra 40 euros to use the sauna in the morning. Even then, the sauna area was quite crowded. Afterward, I waited about 20 minutes in line to check in, and most of the guests from that line also headed straight to the sauna, adding to the congestion.

There were not enough chairs for all guests, and despite clear signs requesting that seats not be reserved, nearly all of them were. This was also true in the “Quiet Room,” which was unfortunately not very quiet.

The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, but splitting our sauna time between the afternoon and next morning was not ideal. In the future, we’ll likely stay at a hotel in Frankfurt instead. Then enjoy a full day at the sauna without these limitations.

Very nice hotel with free access to the Therme next door. The Therme gets very full during the day but it's reserved for hotel guests from 08:00 to 09:00. Fairly expensive but worth it.

They need to update their website. I booked here for their “wellness” services and was quite rudely informed “NO MASSAGE”. No explanation was given, despite the fact the website is FILLED with offers for massages and wellness services. DO not come here for a serene spa experience. It’s more of a kids waterpark. I didn’t want to go in the children’s waterpark so I went in the sauna area. It is co-ed and apparently, naked is mandatory. I was told by an elderly German man, “be naked or leave”. If you need a quick stopover between flights the Hotel is conveniently located close to Frankfurt airport. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food was quite good. But service was very unfriendly. Overall, I would not recommend.

Staff are rude & not very accommodating. Upon check in I arrived at 2pm (check in is 3pm) I was frowned at if asking for early check in & when declined I asked if could access the facilities early to best make use of my time, on which is only possible if I paid €30 , for one hour access… poor. Same story with checking out, I had to leave for a flight at 2pm & due to having a suite (unsure how this changes anything) the staff would not entertain any form of late checkout what so ever. Beds had a big split / droop in the centre of the mattress. Duvet covers was cheap / possibly disposable covers & cushions of a poor quality also. Noise from outside leaked into the rooms until 11pm. I often stay in Frankfurt for business & stayed here purely for the gym / facilities which are good.. however the unwelcoming feel the staff leave you with alongside poor beds I wouldn’t stay here again

I checked in for the second time and it was very comfortable.

We had a perfect stay. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Clean an new rooms (built in 2015). Free usage of a big public swimming bath (indoor and outdoor area). The hotel is located just in between Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden (40 min car drive each).
