Decent stay but with avoidable service issues

The Moxy Hotel is not really conveniently located close to the airport, and there is a shuttle available from Terminal 1 right in front of the arrivals area door 6. However, the hotel’s shuttle stop isn’t marked, which makes it a bit confusing for guests arriving for the first time. The Moxy is missing from the list of hotels having a shuttle service

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and has everything you would expect from a Moxy property, but the service could be improved especially around transportation. For my morning flight, I paid for the airport shuttle, but the receptionist forgot to give me the required ticket. I wasn’t the only one other guests had the same issue, which led to unnecessary hassle early in the morning. Running back to the hotel from the street and back to the bus as shuttle dose not come in the front of the hotel and with couple large luggages was not ideal.

Overall, a decent option not close to the airport with clean and smaller than usuals rooms, but the team could definitely improve communication and the shuttle process to make the guest experience smoother.
