Danke für Ihre Anfrage / Information. Als 3-Sterne Haus ist die Rezeption von 7:30 - 20:00 Uhr persönlich besetzt. Kulanz halber können Sie sogar noch bis 22 Uhr über unsere telefonisch besetzte Türklingel / Gegensprechanlage einchecken. Bitte rufen Sie uns bei einer Anreisezeit NACH 20 Uhr bis ca. 19 Uhr noch einmal an um die Details des späten Check-Ins zu besprechen.
Bei Anreisezeiten zwischen 22 Uhr und 23 Uhr berechnen wir jedoch eine pauschale Spätanreisegebühr i.H.v. XX €, denn hierfür muss eine Rufbereitschaft organisiert werden - jemand muss also Überstunden leisten und die Freizeit opfern.
Wenn Sie nach 23 Uhr einchecken möchten bitten wir Sie Ihre Buchung zu stornieren (sofern dies Ihre Buchungsbedingungen zulassen!). Alternativ bieten sich dann 24 Stunden besetzte 4- bis 5-Sterne Häuser an. Wir denken aber, dass Sie unser Angebot zu schätzen wissen und freuen uns auf Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus (und eine Anreisezeit bis spätestens 23 Uhr).

Rezeption
The staff at the hotel went beyond the normal service to make us feel comfortable. Our flights came in very early and they allowed for early check in, happy to have us over. The breakfast was wonderful
Loved staying here and will definitely be back. Calm, quiet and just a short walk to the best of Wiesbaden. I was back in Germany after having lived there and couldn’t have stayed anywhere better for my time in this lovely city.
