The hotel is right across the Mainz station so it’s quite convenient to find food around.

Classic German hotel, very well located in front of the train main station, rooms are comfortable and clean, decor is a bit outdated, but fine. Room was a bit warm and noisy since facing the street. Receptionist was very helpful in general and kindly let me get in early. Good value for the money. If you want to dine in a nicer place, you need to go closer to the river, which is nearby. Historical city center is also nearby. Breakfast was very good, including real muesli.

The small, old hotel is right across from the train station but not noisy. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are small but fully equipped. Mainz is a very comfortable and quiet city.

I was upgraded to a room that was very clean, both in terms of the bathroom and the room itself. However, the smell of the pillowcase bothered me. Maybe I have a sensitive nose, but the smell of the pillowcase was bothersome, so I had to sleep on the sofa over my pillow. Other than that, it wasn't a problem and I had a comfortable stay.

Good location. Just opposite to the railway station but the room has the good soundproofing. The public transport is very convenient. A good restaurant with a bar is next door.

The location is amazing soon as you get off your train at the Mainz central station it’s right there and there’s plenty of taxis if you need one and plenty of good restaurants. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was amazing I ended up breaking or cracking my rib and was in a lot of pain the girl I forget her name but she didn’t speak English very well but thanks to Google translate and us using hand signals she got on her computer looked up 24 hour pharmacy gave me directions and was patient and kind the other ladies were helpful with my horrible German but with some of the staff knowing English and Google translate it went smooth

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is superb, just steps from the main attractions. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and was of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next visit!
