A lovely place that offers exactly what is promised. A clean and warm bed, a nice and filling breakfast and in general a lovely space.
All in close proximity to the city center, and more important for me to the train station.
The title has been chosen, because of the cozy lobby where I met some wonderful people.
All in all, this is a place that does exactly what is asked and excels at what it promises. I would recommend staying here to everyone asking.

After visiting 3 castles in 3 days or was comforting to know we can relax in a clean and safe environment. Thank you B&B hotels for providing good value accommodation.

It was a very satisfying and comfortable experience, while staying in the hotel.We would like to thank this hotel, it's already passed 12 midnight and we still do not have a room to stay with my friend, our bus did not come and so we are left unprepared to the bus station, so we decided to look for a hotel and this hotel is near the bus station and way cheaper than the others, it's our first time to experience to book a hotel without any hassle and just to enter in our own information to a computer just like an ATM machine, and you payed it their,just tap your card, and you will received in your email and to the screen the code that serves as your key password for us to enter the establishment.It has another door, for you to enter the code and inside you can have a vendo machine with drinks and some snack or coffee and soup,to click and paid.We are on the fourth floor and rest assured for your safety,the whole time of staying. While inside is a very comfortable and satisfying place to sleep on. We spent more than 8hrs of travel from Netherlands and so we are endless tired at that moment. Thank you for the wonderful accomodation. Salute to the staff as well, in the morning who took care of our needs and more informations..highly recommended.

Excellent hotel chain we had never used before, but would certainly do so in the future.
We had a family room that was very spacious and fitted our needs perfectly.
The hotel is actually very close to the old town for walking.
The online check in is a bit cumbersome with all the details needed to be entered.
We arrived at 4:00pm and we got the last car park space, think you can do on street parking nearby.
Good beds and the room was very quiet, AC worked perfectly.

The hotel was good value for a night. Friendly staff. There is a hot/cold drink vending machine at the reception.

The hotel is new and good. You need to check in via machine and no need to interact with an human. But you can check in only 3 pm since its a machine you cannot negotiate it.

The room is small but clean, the internet is fast, and the breakfast is in line with the standard of the charge.

The room was new and really clean as well as the bathroom. The breakfast corresponds to the price and the variety of French that German. We were a little disappointed on this last point compared to the other hotels already in use in Germany.

I booked the B&B Hotel Koblenz for four days for my guests. The reason that this review is particularly bad: the staff is unfriendly, even snotty, not helpful, and, in addition, yet incompetent. So it turned out to be my guests, and I felt it. Add to that the fact that the management cost for the errors of their staff - and the us of money, since we had to pay more than the reservation confirmation - unfortunately, before we got to the room, not just stands, but on the contrary, if extremely unprofessional and without any decency (the owner went on to my complaints in any way, but rejected me on several occasions rude, and hung up on me after subsequent announcement of an Internet review even just the phone).
I would like to warn you with this Review, therefore, each of the heart in front of this Hotel. Such an experience as we had to make, wishes, I really anyone!
