B&B Hotel Wetzlar in Wetzlar

A pleasant stay in a simple but very good hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and the surroundings were very clean and tidy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fantastic service on a budget!

The rooms are simply furnished, but fine for 1-2 nights. The bathroom is a decent size.

The breakfast buffet offered a manageable selection, but the rolls were fresh and crusty, and there was fresh fruit and delicious coffee.

We would book here again to attend an event at the Buderus Arena.

Used on site parking, outdoor secured by barrier, need a code to open.
Service could have been friendlier, though we have arrived quite late.

1-night-stay on business trip. Hotel condition: new, nothing to complain. Location is quiet, restaurants are about 15 minutes walking along the river banks.

An excellent hotel! I was deeply impressed by the staff’s patience and service. Even though it was our own mistake that caused some trouble, the hotel staff remained polite and patient while resolving the misunderstanding. In addition, the self check-in and check-out process was very convenient, and the triple room was very comfortable.

We found the rooms to be quiet and comfortable despite it being small. The bunk beds worked out great for our kids and the hotel employee gave use coloring books and crayons when we checked in. The hotel staff were very responsive when they were present. Our code to get into the building stopped working the night before we were checking out and no one was there to help us. Another patron at the hotel let us in so we did not have to stand out in the cold with two kids under 7 years old. Our breaker tripped one morning and all the outlets stopped working. The staff fixed it right away. The hotel being directly next to the Forum (mall) made shopping and access to food options very easy. Overall, it met our needs for our trip to see family. We will most likely use this hotel again when we visit the area. However, I would like our passcode to work for the entire paid duration in the future.
