B&B Hotel Frankfurt-West in Frankfurt am Main

Had a great stay at the hotel. Most amazing were the staff members who really cared and were always available for any queries. While everyone was amazingly helpful but special thanks to one of staff members from Croatia. (Sorry, at times am quite poor at remembering names :-) ) She assisted in every possible way to make the stay comfortable and suggested places to visit locally. Never hesitated to answer the queries or engage in polite conversations.

Few things if the hotel can do to make the stay even more comfortable.

1. Introduce international breakfast items. The current breakfast might not be suitable for all palates.
2. Have fixed dinner menu. Currently, the hotel only serves breakfast. Late check ins have to download a app and order the dinner which takes quite some time.
3. Have basic stuff such as shaving and dental kits available in the room without any charge. Currently it is available on paid basis.
4. Keep small locker in the room. It will help travelers to keep their important documents kept in safe custody.
5. Not sure if the hotel had a staff member present overnight in case of any emergency or help required as I didn't see anyone. May be i was not awake late night so didn't notice :-)

Overall a very nice place to stay to enjoy Frankfurt.

The hotel is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the highway by car and 3 minutes from the S-Bahn on foot. An S-Bahn train to the city center departs every 15 minutes and takes 15 minutes to arrive. The room was spacious and well-heated. Wifi was fast, and breakfast was adequate. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We had a pleasant stay - loved the room design and the quality of sleep. Also, the parking lot - felt safe & the wifi - the info is easy to follow.

Great location, super friendly stuff, double beds rooms are great also if you are a bigger person. Chargers on parking are available 24/7. Great hotel for the price..

The hotel rooms are relatively small, but the environment and service are quite good; the rooms are clean; Chinese guests are advised to bring their own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers; there are not many restaurants nearby, making it suitable for business travelers.

This hotel is very nicely decorated, modern and not overly busy. It is easy to get to. It is also very clean. The staff are nice. We can only recommend it.
