This is budget accommodation but gives you all the basics you need. Location is tricky, in an industrial area, so without car you may not want to stay here. Our own point of criticism is cleanliness. A real clean of the room seems to be too much to ask for, not sure how often the grubby carpet is being vacuumed, for example. Bring your flip flops then you are ok.

The location is a bit remote, about a 15-minute walk from the tram. The owner is very nice, and the single rooms at the B&B Hotel are spacious enough, so space is never a problem.

It is described as a budget hotel (it is certainly not three star, more one star) and it is just that. I would say €75, which I paid for a room was too much. There are only limited hours when a member of staff is available.

The hotel is situated in a good location but it definitely needs refurbishment. The rooms are quite small and at some extent clean. The walls are very cold, though. It had a nice breakfast with small but tasty variety of cheeses, breads, sausages, etc. Staff is kind and helpful. Overall impression is moderate. However, for this price there are better options. This was very convenient to the train station. The restaurant was wonderful. Great Tapas. Everyone was very friendly. Our only negative is it was listed as having laundry services but we found it not to be available on a weekend. There is a self service laundry about a block away.

While my stay was pleasant overall, I did experience some noise from neighboring rooms at night. It seemed the doors closing were quite loud. Perhaps a modification to the door closures could help mitigate this.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, which is rare in the city center. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a big plus since I worked during my stay. This is a long term stay hotel which partially felt like a retirement home since it was inhabited by elder people. The bed was too short for my height and pretty small in width. Hotel is great! Was there for some days for a work trip and had everything I needed. I paid around 120€ / night for a room with four beds. This ist cheaper than anything else in this area. It is something between a Hotel and a Hostel. Of course, you cannot expect fancy interiors and queen sized beds plus champagner-breakfast for the price ;-) In sum, I would say it is very nice for the price I paid :-) I would stay there again.

Needed a place to crash for the night in Wiesbaden and the price was right at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was as advertised. I will say there was unfortunately a strong musty/mold odor coming from the bathroom, but this was remedied by leaving the window open for a while. Ended up here because didn’t book room for the conference in time. Hotel and rooma is very clean but rooms could be a bit bigger and with A/C. Bathroom is also tiny, same goes for the shower. But location is great, many restaurants just outside this hotel. And city center is close by foot.

The owner is a gem! He felt like family. The location a stone’s throw from the train station was super-convenient. The biggest drawback was the lack of air conditioning. After reading the reviews I was expecting the worse, but I found hotel Terminus to be just fine. A very friendly receptionist and an outdated but functional and clean room. And of course, the location is perfect.

Old-fashioned hotel with excellent value for money

The reception is unmanned during the night. Air conditioning in the room would be advisable.

Our one-day stay wasn't very good; it was dirty, noisy, the bed wasn't comfortable, some of the furniture was broken, and the parking was terrible. It was very noisy outside. The pictures shown here look nice, but once you're there, it's very bad.

I really liked the hotel, it has AC (a bit weak but does the job) and also a fan. They gave complimentary fruit in the room, tea, sugar, etc. The coffee machine in the lobby is free. It's clean, the bed and the TV are huge, it's also a smart TV. I really can't ask for more. Only annoyance was the door in the hallway which is quite difficult to close.

Our experience was good besides the room itself which had sticky floors and smelled like cigarettes. Otherwise the beds were clean and comfortable. Our balcony was shared directly with the next room (no separation) and there was no window (there is a glass door that opens like a window on top). It was also very loud at times outside with music and people partying, but that's not the hotel's fault.

It's a very nice family owned hotel. The room was so spacious, and the toilet was clean spotless. Everything was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. Fluffly feather pillows for a good rest in a quiet area. The homemade breakfast buffet to start the morning was more than enough to give me energy to explore the lovely city.
