The rooms are spacious and quiet, which is rare in the city center. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a big plus since I worked during my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with local specialties. What I liked the most is that the hotel is just a few steps away from the Römer and the main square.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Staff (students?) very unfriendly and not helpful. They sell you a parking spot on the premises although there is no space available. Parking on the street only for residents. No other solution offered. Breakfast too pricey. WiFi did not work. TV (ZDF) did not work (hello?!? It’s Euro2024!). Hot water pipe not covered - burnt myself. Got the smallest room (approx. 6 sqm) which was run down and filthy, especially the bathroom. No restaurants in the vicinity.

It was a super quiet hotel in quiet neighborhood. No road traffic noise. The rooms were extremely small and basic. Plenty of Parking available on property.

This is a great hotel for short stays and you are only in town for business. Or you have something to take care of at the University Medical Hospital.
