Nordsee Hotel Borkum

Lower Saxony, Borkum, Bubertstraße, 9 🧭

Great hotel on the beach front breakfast very good and plentiful. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

We had a corner room, and the view of the North Sea and beach area were stunning. The room was very basic and clean. It is not a luxury class hotel. There is only a restaurant on the premises for breakfast, which was everything you could want to eat. But the lack of other food or drinks was a bit disappointing. We walked to a market, but there isn’t a refrigerator in the room. We also walked to...

Great hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast. We had a very nice and big room with a great bathroom. Everything is newly renovated. The location of the hotel is right on the waterfront. And the best dogs are allowed too. We will be happy to come back.

We always like to come back to the North Sea Hotel. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the staff is nice and of course the location is very good. In bad weather you have the possibility to make tea or coffee in your room or take a walk around the Friesenterme. The rooms with a view of the lake have binoculars so you have a good view of the seal beach.

Dear all, Perfect place to stay. Breakfast was like in the Haven. The only minus was the professionalism of Anna Schmidt.

The breakfast is out of this world. Absolutely delicious. Every thing thing you can think of.

Hotel Inselhof Borkum

Lower Saxony, Borkum, 47 Strandstraße 🧭

We've stayed at many hotels on Borkum, but we absolutely love the Inselhof the best! The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. We've rarely slept so well in a bed; they're very comfortable. The breakfast is highly recommended; you get everything your heart desires. From freshly squeezed orange juice to equally freshly prepared egg dishes that don't come from a tetra pack. Many five-star hotels...

We had booked the guest house at the end of '24 (still Rias Beach House at that time) and arrived on April 24th, 2025...unfortunately we weren't happy with the bed, among other things...we complained about that at the reception in the Inselhof and within an hour the very nice receptionist had a room ready for us in the main building...the room was great and the breakfast buffet and the service staff...

Sehr schönes ruhiges kleines Hotel in Strandnähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und ruhig. Für unseren Hund wurde ein Fress- und Trinknapf bereit gestellt

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. If there are problems, they will react immediately and correct them. The owner asks personally about the satisfaction of the guests. TOP! Gladly again. 😉

Very nice modern hotel. Nice large room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet.

Everything is right here. Good service. Great breakfast. Prime location. I'll be back.

Strandhotel Hohenzollern

Lower Saxony, Borkum, Jann-Berghaus-Str. 63 🧭

We were delighted with the personal, excellent, and unobtrusive service at reception, in the restaurant, and with room service. Breakfast and dinner—we had half-board—were delicious. The hotel's ambiance is unique. We hope to return.

Great location, very good food, very good service. Everything as it should be 👍 Looking forward to my next stay.

A hotel with the charm of a bygone era, wrapped in a modern makeover – fantastic! I was thrilled. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food excellent. And then there's the location, right on the beach – a dream! I'm going back in two weeks, but it certainly won't be the last time.

We booked a double room with a sea view at the Strandhotel Hohenzollern for a weekend. The location right on the beach and the view are fantastic, the furniture is modern, and the bed is very comfortable. Everything was clean. What we didn't like was the yellowed shower curtain and a broken toilet paper holder. The hairdryer was also tiring to use for extended periods. The food (restaurant and breakfast...

This stay was truly the best! Great room with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom! Excellent service from the staff, pleasant and friendly people, everyone loves working there, and the icing on the cake was the food! A hearty breakfast buffet and the best a la carte food! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This stay was truly exceptional! A fantastic room with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom! The staff provided outstanding service; everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the food was the icing on the cake! A generous breakfast buffet and exquisite à la carte dining! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Nordseehotel Freese

Lower Saxony, Juist, Wilhelmstrasse 60-61 🧭

Basis for review: 2 adults over 70, 5 nights, apartment on the 3rd floor, February 2026, half board The hotel complex clearly shows its historical origins and numerous additions and renovations. However, this does not detract from the very positive overall assessment, but rather contributes to its distinctive charm! The entrance area and the central staircase are truly worth a second look. This exceptional...

The room and location were good. Unfortunately, the service coordination at breakfast left much to be desired. Shortly after 9:00, there was no more bacon. After asking twice, a small portion was finally fried up shortly after 9:30. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, but there was a slight language barrier, which apparently hampered coordination. A manager should be appointed here...

We have been to the island many times, but for the first time at the Nordseehotel Freese. The room was very large, newly furnished and very clean. The ability to store the wardrobe is more than sufficient. We have extremely friendly, mostly foreign staff, absolutely loved it. Every wish was quickly fulfilled. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, as everywhere, there were some people who had problems...

Spent a week in early January with my wife. The only thing I could complain about (and I am not, I knew what to expect) was the weather. The hotel is a little older but very well maintained. Room was excellent. Sitting area and sleeping area. Bathroom (with shower) was clean all the time. The staff was always helpful. They came from all over the world and we had no problem communicating with them...

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. On my date of arrival I was early 07.00. I could sit in the lobby which was great and after talking to the reception at 08.00 my room was ready after 15 minutes which was very nice. During the wait the offered me to have coffee and breakfast. That was great. I had a room for 1 person. Great room, I had everything I needed. The coffee machine was great with free...

I had wonderful experience during my stay. The room itself was impeccably clean and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and had a great night's sleep after a long day on the island. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. One of the best features is the hotel's convenient location, which is within 5 to 10 min walking from many popular pubs, restaurants, and shops. Overall, my experience...

Hotel Atlantic Juist

Lower Saxony, Juist, Wilhelmstrasse, 13 🧭

My 4-night stay at Hotel Atlantic exceeded expectations and perfectly reflected the standards of a refined four-star property. In several aspects, the experience went even beyond what I typically associate with this category. The hotel stands out immediately for the quality of its spaces: impeccably clean, well-maintained, and designed to offer a sense of calm and comfort throughout the stay. The room...

Good hotel with an attractive spa area. The breakfast is rich, always fresh and is constantly topped up. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately our room was a bit noisy...

The location is the big plus. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired and the dining area was inviting and new. The rooms are well equipped and the small kitchenette is an advantage that should not be underestimated, especially in the off-season (many restaurants and cafés are closed at the end of November). However, the rooms and the sauna area are visibly old, but there is nothing to complain...

I stayed at the hotel for four days with my daughter and my two grandchildren. Had a family room on the second floor facing the spa park. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of the harbor even with luggage. The room is big enough, great layout with separate children's rooms, clean. throughout the hotel, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was quite spacious...

Sehr gute Lage, gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück, schöner Schwimmbad- und Wellnessbereich, freundliches Personal

Very friendly staff. The hotel is very good value for money. The food was quite ok and corresponds to the price.

Hotel Fährhaus

Lower Saxony, Norddeich, 1 Hafenstraße 🧭

This hotel is nice, clean new interior and the rooms are good, but the prices are too high, over 340 euros for one night?! Plus that doesn’t include breakfast. Breakfast is listed as 16.50 euros but in fact it’s 27!!! It’s nice but 27 is far too expensive. Added with some rude “that’s not my problem” style staff and you end up with the review rating above. Shame… I’d stay again but not touch breakfast...

Great hotel, friendly and very helpful staff, and great Spa area on the 7th floor with an awesome view. Great break fast and very nice, cozy, and large rooms. For business travelers later check in times would be nice.

Lovely room overlooking the sea complete with a sofa to relax on. Absolutely superb breakfast buffet and the cappuccino was first class. Small but sufficient sauna area including an infinity pool on the 6th floor. Highly recommended for a small wellness break if you are looking for some sea air.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and the hotel was very clean. The pools and gym were great. It was a successful week at the Fährhaus.

This hotel is highly recommended for its location and facilities. I would like to highlight the very friendly staff. (Restaurant manager, service and reception, housekeeping). The food is very good, the kitchen knows its business. The breakfast buffet also leaves much to be desired. Simply put, "everything is perfect". We will be back.

We visited the cocktail bar. Higher standard, but so were the prices. Everything is suitable for the service and atmosphere. Everything was clean, the staff, first of all, human, and also very friendly. There is a compartment for smokers, which is also not available everywhere.

Hotel Meeresburg

Lower Saxony, Norderney, Viktoriastrasse 14 (Eingang: Damenpfad), 26548 Norderney, Germany 🧭

Top location directly on the sea, in the first row. The building has an apartment and a hotel section. The service is (with one exception at the breakfast buffet) extremely guest-oriented, accommodating, and friendly. Our children were also always well looked after. The rooms are very clean, even if the furnishings are showing their age. The accommodation has a swimming pool and a sauna available in...

The hotel is a bit dated, but consistently clean. The staff is always polite and happy to help with any questions. The breakfast is perfectly adequate; there's something for everyone. The pool and sauna are free. We would definitely come back.

The room furnishings aren't the most modern, but it's still cozy. The bathroom is quite small, and it's really cramped for blow-drying your hair, but everything is nice and clean. The buffet really leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is prepared with love and care, and it's fresh. The staff there are also very friendly. What really wouldn't be a problem at all would be if there were at least...

The new apartment building is fantastic. Beautifully renovated, with a comfortable sofa bed. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there. The location is also superb; you can rent a beach chair and relax 😌 or use the hotel's swimming pool. Thank you for the wonderful time!

No breakfast 😕 No restaurant 😕😕 Room clean👍 Summary: quite OK

A bit old, otherwise we felt very comfortable. What we will remember is that there was a small kitchen in the room, so you don't have to go out to eat every day.

Appartementhaus Rosa-Lena

Norderney, Tollestrasse 1a, 26548 Norderney, Lower Saxony 🧭

Once again a big compliment to the entire Ennen team. Here you can enjoy your vacation. We look forward to our next stay.

The best kitchen on Norderney. The best breakfast and great promotions. Very friendly staff. I always like to come by and leave with a satisfied smile. Thank you please continue.

There were two of us and we ate there on two evenings. When we first requested an appointment, we were very friendly and accommodating. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive throughout the evening. Since there was a fish buffet the next day, we spontaneously reserved a seat and were once again delighted with the food.

I stayed for several days with mine six-year-old son as a guest Hotel Ennen. The entire team is very courteous and attentive. Super breakfast buffet and the restaurant is worth a visit. The quality is right here and the service is great. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back! Many thanks to the entire team!

Strandhotel Georgshöhe

Lower Saxony, Norderney, Kaiserstraße 24, 26548 Norderney, Germany 🧭

Daniel was my host and he attended me very good, if i come back i wanna see him another time, greetings

It was another great evening at the restaurant and super great food. We will definitely be back next year. Thumbs up from me👍

Excellent hotel, right by the sea. Excellent pools, saunas. Service in restaurants is excellent, organization is good. Food is good, especially breakfasts (buffet). Modern rooms, very good. Bathrooms too. I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and I am very satisfied.

Very tasty, I hope that next time you come you will have the sausage with wild garlic, I would recommend you to remove it from the menu if it is not there.

The spa is really great! Highly recommended. Right on the beach. Best to get there by taxi.

Romantik Hotel Reichshof

Lower Saxony, Norden, Neuer Weg 53 🧭

Romantik Hotel Reichshof is a very beautiful hotel conveniently located near shopping, dining, and the North Sea recreation area of Norddeich!! The hotel is quaint, with spa and a good restaurant on sight!! We had our best breakfast of the 2 week European trip at Hermish’s!! We highly recommend this hotel!!

Great stay Amazing hotel. Situated right in the centre of town, free breakfast (inc sparkling wine) along with pool and sauna which were great for relaxing. Dinner at the hotel was also great and good value of 3 courses for €49. Very clean and modern the only criticism would be there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms in the main building therefore the rooms were very hot.

Cuddly house that really deserves the name ROMANTIK hotel. Especially the very friendly staff should be emphasized. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only the parking and charging price for the car (hybrid) were a bit excessive.

Very nice buildings, thoughtfully renovated and decorated. Spacious rooms. Very quiet. Restaurant, bar and spa & sauna are excellent. 5 mins from train station. I definitely recommend!

A super nice hotel. Nice pool and excellent sauna. The staff is very friendly. The food was very good, very tasty and high quality. Everything is perfect. The perfect hotel for a break from everyday life.

Beautiful place. Many options like sauna, swimming pool, fitness space, spa, besides the fact is really close to the city's center, so guests can always take a walk around the shops and cafes around. Polite employees, delicious meals and comfortable rooms. I also enjoyed the fact that there's always a soft jazz music playing on the dinning rooms. So yeah, a little romantic indeed, haha.

Hotel am Delft

Lower Saxony, Emden, Am Delft 27 🧭

1st visit to this hotel, and the experience, excellent. Customer service outstanding from all staff. Friendly, helpful, polite, welcoming. Rooms are a good size, nicely decorated and immaculately clean. A nice breakfast buffet that has something for everyone. Had a very relaxed atmosphere. Good free parking at the hotel.

Excellent stay at Hotel am Delft. The location is perfect-right by the harbor and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the city center. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Breakfast was fresh, well organized, and offered a good variety. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience...

Truly a great hotel, great service from the personnel. Good breakfast. They have even some complementary afternoon and evening snack. Minibar at room with water, soft drinks and beer is complementary. Location is really good. I can certainly recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean rooms and very service minded and friendly staff. The location near the river is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I stay at this hotel regularly and it never disappoints. Everything is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent, the view from the window is stunning, and guests can enjoy a large free parking area. Highly recommend!

The best hotel in Emden Simply the best hotel in Emden. Really nice and comfortable hotel, with very nice breakfast buffet and great Italien restaurant next door.

Upstalsboom Parkhotel

Lower Saxony, Emden, Friedrich-Ebert-Str. 73-75 🧭

The Spa was so nice. Tip: put plastic bags in the dustbins in the room.

Beautiful location at the park entrance, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Well maintained property and very clean. We loved staying here!

Very good hotel in the heart of Emden. The room we had was very clean and well equipped even with a safe, however, not newly renovated. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast selection in the morning. The location itself was very close, about 10 minutes foot walk from the city centre and the famous "Ratsdelft". The car outside costs 4€ a day, however is very crowded. Another option is the garage...

Was peaceful. But building has character and charm.

Refrigerator was out of order. At my last stay in another room, it was also out of order.

The rooms are adequate but in need of updating, it seems like some things were replaced but the bathrooms are older. The bed was rather too firm to sleep on comfortably and the bedding was a bit austere. Added to this, there was noise at 4-5am, but not sure where it came from. The parking filled up very rapidly and we had to park under the hotel. Breakfast was included and had a good variety.

Hotel Faldernpoort

Lower Saxony, Emden, Courbièrestr. 6 🧭

Friendly staff nice restaurant great breakfast rooms were clean. Only complaint is not much parking off road had to park on street outside other than that great stay

Nice room and people It's a nice hotel with a good breakfast, some rooms are outside of the hotel and for the breakfast you have to go in the main structure. The good thing is that those rooms are bigger so you have more space and more privacy. The room was clean and with everything that is necessary. The staff is very nice and friendly

Excellent hotel with amazing friendly staff and great restaurant! We spent several days in this hotel with my colleagues and all were more than satisfied with the service and local cuisine! It's about 10 to 15 min walk to the city center. Definitely would return back!

"A real gem in Emden! Hotel Faldernpoort exceeds all expectations. The location is just perfect - quiet enough to relax, yet only a short 15-minute walk from the bustling city center. The beautifully renovated rooms exude elegance and provide the ideal retreat after a busy day. The service is an absolute highlight of this hotel. The reception is manned around the clock and the staff are extremely helpful...

Accommodation was clean and breakfast very good but walls were thin and could hear neighboring room snoring and leaving at 5am

Nice park nearby nice location by the park. Room was fine. The hotel has seen better time.
