We had an amazing stay in this hotel.
The customer service was really good, breakfast was superbly, pool and spa area bery clean and they even have a salt room in the spa. The location is perfect, just 5min car ride from the next city with lots of restaurants. And the view of the river is beautiful too

It is a place where I really want to visit again.

I had a wonderful time with my family at the Amsee Spa while here visiting from the USA, great location by the lake and the amenities were excellent. The pool was splendid as well as the jacuzzi, I really enjoyed the saunas, so much to choose from, outdoor sauna with a view, indoor saunas, steam room and so much more. I tried them all. Very clean and well maintained, modern features and friendly staff. The outdoor landscape and views are spectacular, ping pong table, paddle boarding and biking to keep you busy while vacationing here. Highly recommend it and can’t wait to come again!

We visited this hotel during our company trip.
Firstly, I want to mention what I and some of my colleagues found in this hotel really strange - horrible kitchen. The breakfast is typical. Though, we have one lunch and one "gala" dinner. The food were tasteless with limited options to choose. Promised very delicious dessert was extremely sweet, not all of my colleagues could it. Vegetarian food is also not great. I am not sure about vegan, probably you need to ask to cook separately.

Apart of that, area is fantastic, hotel is near the lake. Great and modern spa center with swimming pool and different types of saunas. You can have massage for the extra cost. Rooms are clean, but nothing special about. Nothing special about staff, seemed a bit unprofessional.

Great Spa, located at the lake to enjoy a cooling dip after a sauna. Steam Room, Finnish Sauna and inside Swimming Pool all inclusive.
