We got to the hotel and greeted her and say we have a reservation, she looks at the computer and says we don't have one (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulated at me.
After a while a guy shows up and I ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key almost immediately.
This really caught us by surprise, we have visited germany many times and this was our first encounter with a rude german person.
I would recommend avoiding this hotel if you don't speak german.
It's such a shame having to give 1 star because the room is really nice, clean and have ac 🙁
