Beautiful modern hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk to the old town and cathedral. Rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the rooftop bar has amazing views over Aachen. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a city trip!

Really enjoyed my time here. Room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Service from the front desk was great everyone was super friendly. I will definitely come back again.

Nice hotel with great gym and sauna. Rooms are good, not small and not huge. But more than okay. I our first room the air-conditioning didn't work, but we received another room which was perfect. Stayed here for 3 nights on work trip. Great staff. Lovely view from rooftop breakfast/bar. Breakfast good. Nice that soft drinks and beer in fridge on the house. Good to see hotel also showcasing works by local artist. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It was nice that it was close to the conference hall. It wasn't too far from the city center either. It was within walking distance. I also liked the free drinks that were replenished every day.

The service wasn't perfect - at least for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was refilled too late. The service staff was perhaps a little too limited. All in all not bad. Price and performance did not match 100%. However, I would definitely go there again.

Comfy place, but they don’t provide water in the room, you have to buy it and most of gym equipment were out of service

Location is good, facilities are limited, but very good offer for the price. Bed and sheets were very clean, but there was a few long hair overlooked by the staff at the bathroom. The staff at the reception - especially the lady - were warm and kind people.

Restaurant has good opening hours but the menu was a bit poor.

The service was great. I accidentally booked the wrong room, and they still let me switch it.

One of the best hotel I have stayed. Their service are top notch. Receptionist are professional at service with a smile. I emailed them pertaining my late check-in and they responded it the next moment. I have no teouble checked in and out. Reasonable price. Awesome price. Carpark is near.

Great place to be family. Nice and cosy rooms with all you need. They charge you 13 euro per day for guets parking. It's little far from the centre, but there is good public transport connection by bus.

Upon arrival, the reception was disappointing: because of hearing difficulties, I asked the receptionist to repeat some information. Had a very nice stay here in August. Nice sized room and bathroom with a fully opening window. There was air conditioning, at least in the room I happened to get!

staff was great , no kitchen utilities including no kettle, both double beds was just 2 single beds pushed together , pillows was pathetic and x2 single duvets for a kind size bed . very dissapointed with the sleeping facilities .

Clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good service had a great meal in the restaurant.

Stopped here a few times and last night used the restaurant for the first time. Waiter was grumpy that we hadn’t reserved a table, it was busy and we may need to wait. His manner and tone of voice was disappointing.

The hotel is very good as a space for families with one or two children, but it is difficult to deal with the reception. The treatment is dry and rough.

Really lovely hotel. So much space in rooms and very friendly professional staff. Have stayed here twice now and would happily return.

very nice hotel near the outer ring of the city. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown, 15-20 minutes to RWTH. My room was spacious with a separate bedroom. There was a small kitchen but there were absolutely no plates, utensils, pots, etc. The dining room did let me take a fork, knife and plate to keep in my room. Underground parking is available for €15 per night.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean, and it's next to the bus station, making it convenient for travel. It's about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral. It's worth staying in. The hotel is safe. There's the Ibis Hotel opposite, and the Mercure Hotel is walking distance from the cathedral.

Room is very clean and well decorated but not very isolated, especially facing street. Breakfast is average. Reception desk was a bit insensitive (maybe that was my experience) which could be improved.

Absolutely lovely hotel..clean, comfortable with a wonderful breakfast. We came for a family wedding and couldn’t have asked for anywhere better! If I’m going to be picky coffee/tea facilities in the room would have made it 5 stars! Highly recommend and will definitely come back for another visit!

Very good location and the staffs are very friendly and polite.

I stayed here for one night for a private event. You can really tell the hotel is in dire need of maintenance and renovation. I assume this is due to the successive bankruptcies and changes in ownership. It seems another crisis is just around the corner. Lovely hotel Lovely hotel well placed for access to the town. I managed to make use of the pool and had it to myself. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice of food but like many German hotels, no options for those with dietary requirements. We made the mistake of eating our evening meal here and it's fair to say it was basic. A set menu with no option for dietary needs.

An Oke stay. A place to sleep. Don’t expect much. Good value for service

we only faced one inconvenient with the elevator because it was out of service and we were in the 5th floor, but other than that, everything was great.

Playing the “we have two hotels” game. Even the first photo is from a different hotel — a 4-star one, not the 3-star property under this address. They advertise a sauna and fitness room for this address on booking sites, but apparently those facilities are actually in the other hotel. It’s clean, but that’s about it.

The new guy Muhammad is very decent guy and he does his work professionally and he has very good communications skills the food and goos all are great and taste just perfect. Very recommend

I was at an wedding event and I didn't sleep there but the first impressions was very good.

The hotel has a new and an old building. I stayed in the new one. The room was good and clean. The breakfast was worth the extra. Something for everybody, hot and cold, was served in the new building.The staff was professional. The restaurant is located in the old building but i haven't had a meal there. I can recommend this hotel.

Just for one night, but surprisingly cosy, great service and menu. And a great terrace for parents with children. We will be back

All dishes were made to perfection. The sliced roast beef is especially good and tender. This restaurant has room for medium to large size groups.
