Beautiful modern hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk to the old town and cathedral. Rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the rooftop bar has amazing views over Aachen. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a city trip!

Stayed here for 3 nights on work trip. Great staff. Lovely view from rooftop breakfast/bar. Breakfast good. Nice that soft drinks and beer in fridge on the house. Good to see hotel also showcasing works by local artist. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It was nice that it was close to the conference hall. It wasn't too far from the city center either. It was within walking distance. I also liked the free drinks that were replenished every day.

The service wasn't perfect - at least for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was refilled too late. The service staff was perhaps a little too limited. All in all not bad. Price and performance did not match 100%. However, I would definitely go there again.

Location is good, facilities are limited, but very good offer for the price. Bed and sheets were very clean, but there was a few long hair overlooked by the staff at the bathroom. The staff at the reception - especially the lady - were warm and kind people.

Relatively recent hotel within reasonable distance of the old center. Facilities ok, but shower floor had permanent stains and cracks. Breakfast is the most challenging part. Too crowded both for the number of seats, but also resulting in long wait times for coffee and everything else.

The room met our expectations exactly. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients. To our delight, instead of the usual pre-baked rolls, there were good fresh bakery rolls and a fantastic variety of other baked goods.

staff was great , no kitchen utilities including no kettle, both double beds was just 2 single beds pushed together , pillows was pathetic and x2 single duvets for a kind size bed . very dissapointed with the sleeping facilities .

Stopped here a few times and last night used the restaurant for the first time. Waiter was grumpy that we hadn’t reserved a table, it was busy and we may need to wait. His manner and tone of voice was disappointing.

The hotel is very good as a space for families with one or two children, but it is difficult to deal with the reception. The treatment is dry and rough.

very nice hotel near the outer ring of the city. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown, 15-20 minutes to RWTH. My room was spacious with a separate bedroom. There was a small kitchen but there were absolutely no plates, utensils, pots, etc. The dining room did let me take a fork, knife and plate to keep in my room. Underground parking is available for €15 per night.

Quality to price, the hotel was perfect. We needed something close to the train station with easy access to downtown. The room was clean with plenty of room for two people. The staff could speak English and were very friendly and helpful. We chose the breakfast option and just about everything you would expect from a buffet was available. We highly recommend the hotel, especially if you are on a budget

It's close to Aachen Central Station, so it's very accessible! It's also very clean and reasonably priced, so I highly recommend it!

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the hotel was a lovely modern/chic and the room although a tad small by Canadian standards was extremely comfortable. The only little hiccup, is that I never figured out how to get the ventilation to recirculate the air in the room. Otherwise the overall experience was marvelous.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean, and it's next to the bus station, making it convenient for travel. It's about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral. It's worth staying in. The hotel is safe. There's the Ibis Hotel opposite, and the Mercure Hotel is walking distance from the cathedral.

Room is very clean and well decorated but not very isolated, especially facing street. Breakfast is average. Reception desk was a bit insensitive (maybe that was my experience) which could be improved.

The hostel was near the station, which is good especially when you have luggage. There was no kettle in the room, but if you go to the reception hall there is a machine where you can get hot water for tea/instant noodles. The kids love bunk bed so that was good. The center isnt too far, like elisebrunen or the dom.

The hotel has a great location, super close to the train station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful (they stored our luggage for free!). However, our room had a strong smell of smoke, possibly from the bathroom or window. Also, it was a bit noisy at night, which also made sleeping difficult.

This is an affordable nice hotel in the center of Aachen. The breakfast was nice. The bed was bad. It was too small and the mattress was very bad. I couldn’t get a good night sleep. It was also very noisy.

The room was small but very clean. The main issue was that there was nothing that could compensate the lack of an AC unit during the warm days. The window opened was also not an option due to the noise coming from the street even during night hours.

Relatively small hotel and that translates into every where in the hotel. The room I was in was really small, elevator is for two people at a time, hallways are narrow etc... It’s conveniently located, near the highway but close enough to the old town. It’s a little dated but nice enough and clean. quiet neighborhood and parking available right in front. The parking is on a steep hill which was a bit of a challenge for us, but our car has lower ground clearance than most.

A bit of a walk from the train station, but only 10-15 mins to the center. I stayed in a single room right behind reception and the dining area, surprisingly quiet despite the location and being near the road. One receptionist was super chatty with other guests, so I had to wait a bit to get my luggage back. Room had a fridge, but I wish there was a kettle too. Overall, decent stay.

Perfectly situated for an event at the Eurogress conference centre. Everything was clean and tidy. Small, but modernised bathrooms. The highlight was the breakfast, that was much better than equivalent hotels in this category. Good breakfast selection, presented with love.

My booking and communications experience with this hotel & its team was great. But their services & empathy really stood out. I had to cancel a trip, a day before my arrival. The bookings team immediately reassured me that they do utmost to resell the rooms, and if successful, refund the booking costs to me. They did so, on one of the busiest weekends, and I earnestly appreciate their efforts.

We come here regularly. Always good here. Clean, neat rooms. Furnishing a bit dated but fine. And a very fine bed. Breakfast is also always neatly taken care of. Parking does cost 8 euros per day extra.

Very nice hotel ideally located on the outskirts of Aachen very close to the motorway. The staff were very friendly and had no problems conversing with us. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and warm. We had a bath with overhead shower, plenty of storage space, Kettle, and a coffee machine. We will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Some rooms are a bit cold due to lack of heating. The rooms are a bit drafty. But overall the rooms are very nice. Overall, the price is worth the service and facilities.
