Location is good, facilities are limited, but very good offer for the price. Bed and sheets were very clean, but there was a few long hair overlooked by the staff at the bathroom. The staff at the reception - especially the lady - were warm and kind people.

Relatively recent hotel within reasonable distance of the old center. Facilities ok, but shower floor had permanent stains and cracks. Breakfast is the most challenging part. Too crowded both for the number of seats, but also resulting in long wait times for coffee and everything else.

Had a very nice stay here in August. Nice sized room and bathroom with a fully opening window. There was air conditioning, at least in the room I happened to get!

It was nice that it was close to the conference hall. It wasn't too far from the city center either. It was within walking distance. I also liked the free drinks that were replenished every day.

The service wasn't perfect - at least for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was refilled too late. The service staff was perhaps a little too limited. All in all not bad. Price and performance did not match 100%. However, I would definitely go there again.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean, and it's next to the bus station, making it convenient for travel. It's about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral. It's worth staying in. The hotel is safe. There's the Ibis Hotel opposite, and the Mercure Hotel is walking distance from the cathedral.

Perfect stay. I was late and they were very kind to accommodate me. I wish I could’ve enjoyed my stay longer, but my schedule was full. The front door is locked with a buzzer, so it felt very safe for solo female traveler. They held my luggage after checkout. Great complimentary coffee. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was clean and staff was nice, but I stayed at the hotel for three nights and once the elevator didn't work (no problem), but twice the shower only had lukewarm water (not comfortable) and the AC had mold on it.

The room was small but very clean. The main issue was that there was nothing that could compensate the lack of an AC unit during the warm days. The window opened was also not an option due to the noise coming from the street even during night hours.

It’s conveniently located, near the highway but close enough to the old town. It’s a little dated but nice enough and clean. quiet neighborhood and parking available right in front. The parking is on a steep hill which was a bit of a challenge for us, but our car has lower ground clearance than most.

A bit of a walk from the train station, but only 10-15 mins to the center. I stayed in a single room right behind reception and the dining area, surprisingly quiet despite the location and being near the road. One receptionist was super chatty with other guests, so I had to wait a bit to get my luggage back. Room had a fridge, but I wish there was a kettle too. Overall, decent stay.

Small but friendly and clean hotel, rooms to the back are quiet, windows open for fresh air. I had a single room and struggled to fit on the mattress which seemed to be rather short. Not a problem for people under 190 cm. Nice pillow. Okay water pressure in the shower.

Perfectly situated for an event at the Eurogress conference centre. Everything was clean and tidy. Small, but modernised bathrooms. The highlight was the breakfast, that was much better than equivalent hotels in this category. Good breakfast selection, presented with love.

My booking and communications experience with this hotel & its team was great. But their services & empathy really stood out. I had to cancel a trip, a day before my arrival. The bookings team immediately reassured me that they do utmost to resell the rooms, and if successful, refund the booking costs to me. Quality to price, the hotel was perfect. We needed something close to the train station with easy access to downtown. The room was clean with plenty of room for two people. The staff could speak English and were very friendly and helpful. We chose the breakfast option and just about everything you would expect from a buffet was available. We highly recommend the hotel, especially if you are on a budget

It's close to Aachen Central Station, so it's very accessible! It's also very clean and reasonably priced, so I highly recommend it!

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the hotel was a lovely modern/chic and the room although a tad small by Canadian standards was extremely comfortable. The only little hiccup, is that I never figured out how to get the ventilation to recirculate the air in the room. Otherwise the overall experience was marvelous.

The hotel has a wonderful location. The room was spacious. All good Checkin was a nightmare. There was no staff. When I buzzed, I got someone who said to phone or check my email. Location is great. room size good although quite basic (though clean). First impression was Let down by having to walk up 3 flights of stairs and the red carpet needs to be replaced. In the absence of a lift the staff insisted they carried our cases down the stairs as we left the next morning.

Very nice hotel ideally located on the outskirts of Aachen very close to the motorway. The staff were very friendly and had no problems conversing with us. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and warm. We had a bath with overhead shower, plenty of storage space, Kettle, and a coffee machine. We will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Not a wonderful Hotel but served our needs for a Hotel adjacent to the autobahn exactly.

Change of Etap hotel to Ibis budget is great. Rooms are more comfortable. For example no plastic shower-toilet cabin with anymore. Now the toilet is separated from the rest. Furnishings are also nicer. Quiet room and breakfast was also ok. Kind person at the reception desk. Acces to highway very easy. I can really advise this hotel.

My wife compared this hotel to her dorm room in college. But it had a shower in the room and a toilet in the closet. Internet worked well and it was good for a stop on our way to a 4x4 event. We would have had issues if we would have been towing the jeep only one pull thru area that was already taken when we got there. Right across from an ADAC center.
