Staff were extremely helpful even though I misread my itinerary.

Hosts were great, room was clean and well taken care of. Building is older but maintained well. Breakfast and service was friendly, helpful and very good!

Our stay was a disaster. Problems with access due to key code. 2 rooms in separate buildings although travelling as family. Eventually got through to someone on the phone.Grandparents one with mobility issues - grandson had to help dress him. Other one 5 years old. Room very tired with broken chair. Towels like cardboard child dried herself on bed sheet. Breakfast not until 7 which was too late and no alternative offered.
No staff available to talk to. Hotel also very noisy.

Check-in was easy. Unfortunately, there was no cappuccino at breakfast. The airport is about a 15-minute drive away, and the ride costs about €18.

The bathroom is a bit small and has old decor but is very clean along with the room, It is easy to get to Cologne by bus stop across the road or small walk to Train station. Very friendly staff

Room was very clean and friendly staff even though they were quite busy with Euro 2024 crowd. Decor is a bit dated and bathroom quite small but clean , train station not far away and bus stop opposite side of road takes you Cologne Centre

Absolutely shocking booked 2 rooms in January for family. Given one room in annex one in main building. Youngest 5 husband elderly. No one to resolve. Room very tired. Towels like cardboard. Hell trying to get in. No breakfast left at 6.30 to early

Booked in January thinking we would have 2 rooms next to each other. Traveling with 2 children. NO one in different annexes completely blocked off. No staff around they don't work after 2. 5 year old would not use towels they were like cardboard. Stayed here before but never again. Disaster. Have tried to contact hotel with no luck
