The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was full service with everything you could need. Excellently located for training around the city. Overall, great experience! We were traveling with our children and it was easy and comfortable with plenty of room.

What an incredible stay I had at the UHU Hotel in Dellbrücker, Cologne, Germany! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's fantastic location—just half a block from the train station and a quick, easy walk to the tram station, both offering seamless travel to the Cologne Main Station. Plus, buses conveniently run right past the hotel!
The hotel itself is a peaceful oasis. The rooms are spotless, with daily maid service keeping everything fresh and cozy. The beds? Super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. And the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for staying connected, as well as free parking, a smoke-free environment and an Eco

Although a little on the pricey side, it offers clean, nicely furnished rooms and a varied breakfast buffet. The staff are competent, but lack warmth. The tram stop is just a few minutes' walk away.

If you want to arrive and check in later than 9pm, make sure to call them in advance.
I did, but I didn't realize after 9pm there will also be no lifts available....so had to carry 23kgs x 2 pcs upstairs by myself...
This was the only disadvantage I'd say.
I was on a busineds trip alone.
Breakfast was good, the staff will make your drink for you and are very friendly.
They also have a water dispenser at the lobby.
Location is quite good, 5 min to S-Bahn and 15-20 min walk to tram 3/4, which leads you to Kölnmesse directly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in this immaculate hotel. Really good breakfast options in the lovely bright breakfast area. Comfy beds and lovely shower room added to our happy stay. Super handy for the train station too. Only thing to be aware of is that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. This might be a German thing - not sure. There is a coffee machine and water dispenser in foyer but access is not possible after 9pm. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel and the helpful staff highly enough.

Located in a nice suburb of Cologne with a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants (including a very fancy restaurant across the road). Very simple and frequent transport to/from Cologne via the train station which is just 2 mins walk. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great. Loads of options including some freshly made 'hot options' like eggs, bacon and sausages. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cologne or the surrounding towns.
