Very friendly staff.

The hotel room was quite spacious, but it's really far from the airport. There's a shuttle from Airport Terminal 2 that runs every half hour during peak times, and hourly in the mornings and evenings. After getting off, it's about a 10-minute walk through what looks like a residential area. Aside from the distance, the hotel itself is pretty good. There's also a train station and bus hub about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient enough.

The hotel has comfortable rooms, and the reception staff are very friendly. Right outside the hotel, I can enjoy a beautiful sunset by the riverside. The location is convenient for transportation. Highlights to recommend.

I had a confirmed and fully paid booking from 01.03 to 03.03. Due to unforeseen business matters, I was only able to arrive on 02.03. Despite this, I was refused check-in for the second night — even though it had already been paid for.
What made the situation worse was the extremely unprofessional behavior of the manager, who was rude and dismissive. While trying to resolve the issue, Booking.com support attempted to contact the hotel, but the hotel did not respond to phone calls or emails.
To refuse check-in for a paid night and simultaneously refuse a refund is unacceptable. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking here.

special thanks to Kareem at reception for his helpful and professional service.

the officers are very kind and the tea packs and cookies are offered as ammenities.

A great hotel where everything just works — which is exactly what you want when traveling. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff who make you feel welcome right away. Check-in was smooth, the place was quiet, and sleeping was easy (always a win!). Excellent value for money and a stress-free stay. Would happily book again.

It's a bit far from Cologne Cathedral. You'll need to take a tram to get around, but I booked a room close to the Flixbus stop, so it was fine! The room was really cold. It was okay with a blanket, but the air was cold. It was reasonably clean and overall, it was fine! I was also surprised when they told me my payment hadn't been processed at check-in. I think there was an error because I booked through a brokerage site (Trip.com). They said they'd let me know if there were any issues at check-out, but I paid the city tax and it was fine. ^^

Everything was normal. The location was in the nice place but not in the center of the town though. But if you take tram for 30 mins you can go to the town.! The service was not the best tier though.

24.12.2025 Guest

It's a little far from the station. It's close to the airport, but it's a bit far to get to Cologne, a popular tourist destination, so it's a bit of a hassle to go out. There's a large supermarket nearby, which was very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very kind.
