Good hotel to stay in. Missing some basic amenities but could be asked at service desk. Next to Oberhausen Centro shopping centre and busses to central is just walking distance.

More like a 3 star hotel rather than 4. Basic necessities like a 3 star would have. Parking could’ve been inclusive just for hotel guests since it’s a 4 star as well. Location is great since it’s right next to the biggest mall in Europe!

The rooms are clean but quite simple, making it feel more like a budget hotel rather than the four-star accommodation it claims to be.

Nice hotel in Oberhausen, close to the city center with a large mall, night life, and lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel is nice, friendly staff. On site parking is availale for an additional € 15.- per night per car; breakfast buffet is optional for € 20,- The room was clean with a nice spacious shower. The airconditioning did not work.

The breakfast was good .location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to Centro mall and the winter market. Rooms are perfect and staff is very friendly .I think this is the first hotel where I saw the environment's sustainable goals implemented. Definitely visiting again

a very hard bed, low pillow. no coffee machine in the room. and the parking lot was very poorly organized, it took me almost an hour to get in and I had to go and park somewhere else.

Overall, everything was great. Unfortunately, there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was okay, but the scrambled eggs weren't freshly cooked; I suspect they were from a packet.

Typical hotel for short-term stays, tradespeople, etc. Simple room furnishings, decent self-service breakfast with the option of "breakfast to go". Friendly staff.

Perfect Hotel, Vera clean and friendly

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The rooms and lobby was very clean. I have to tell the service was fantastic, because we booked 2 twin rooms for family of 4. And the hitel staff gave us a conjoined room with door in between. Which was so comfortable and my kids loved it.

The Holiday Inn Express brand is always solid. So the one in Oberhausen. Friendly staff. Good shower Strong and fast WIFI And a very large shoppingcentre (centro) very nearbye (5min walk) Also the ArenA Oberhausen is a very short walk. So great for shopping Concerts And Relax

I have stayed at the Ramada several times over the years due to this hotel being the only centrally located in town . It has deteriorated quite a bit. Elevator to the 3rd floor ends in an untidy, dirty broom and supplies closet. (All 3 nights we were there.) The bar is no longer in operation. The standard room we were in was quite dirty. Hair in the bathroom drain. Breakfast buffet was amazing though. Came here in 2018 and stayed in a junior suite that time and the room was super clean. So I was a bit disappointed.

A beautiful, modern & clean hotel. We had a upgrade from the hotel for the night which was a good surprise, there was free ice-cream for our boys whenever they wanted and the service was perfect, the staff was vriendly and helpful. Perfect Stay. Travelled to attend a gig at the Veltins Arena and on arrival we were greeted by wonderful staff with great conversation and hospitality. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and also a perfect location for attending the arena. 100% recommend!

The Chill10 hotel is a lovely hotel. The rooms are very decent. But what really makes this place special is the lovely staff and the amazing atmosphere. The concept of this hotel is pretty simple, and it's perfect for some holidays, when you are not looking for high quality service. It's standard rooms, for 5 people for what we got, and you can find the minimum requirement inside rooms. The prices are so pretty good, and help to travel in this area, without spending a big amount inside hosting for sure.

It was a rather "meh" experience. We had booked 4 rooms. In our room, we did not have soap in the shower, and only a little bit in the bathroom. One of the other rooms did not have warm water in the shower. The breakfast buffet could have been better, as it did not have croissants/pains au chocolat.

Good hotel for a night's stay. Just a 8 minutes walk from the Centro shopping mall. Parking could be crowded or difficult when arriving late. Good price.
