Absolutely amazing breakfast! They had everything you could have possibly wanted! Delicious eggs!

It was a rather "meh" experience. We had booked 4 rooms. In our room, we did not have soap in the shower, and only a little bit in the bathroom. One of the other rooms did not have warm water in the shower. The breakfast buffet could have been better, as it did not have croissants/pains au chocolat.

The hotel is very clean and the surrounding facilities are good. There are 2 supermarkets downstairs, fast food restaurants and other restaurants, and the gas station is next to it. It's very good.

The room needs an upgrade. The furniture is visibly stained and overused. The basic commodities like toiletries, water boiler, thee or coffee were not available in the room.

The front desk clerk can’t hear well and the customer has to speak very loudly to communicate. Not very welcoming. Nothing against anyone but a hearing aid or upgrade of the hearing aid will help everyone involved. Now it’s not a very nice experience when having a simple conversation or question.

Super fast wifi, free parking, super breakfast. But, loud and very simple rooms. Not a 4 star location. Very clean and not bad.

Let me say all the positive things about Hotel Rhein-Ruhr staff was very accommodating, our rooms were clean. The breakfast was good.
Now I want to mention all the negatives.
Beds are uncomfortable.
No air conditioning as advertised.
Windows had to remain opened.
This allowed so much street noise into room. Sounded like INDY 500, plus you can hear people yelling outside on the street at 3am.
Since there is no cooling of room it was hot in room. Like being in a sauna listening to the world outside.
I give it two stars only for the food and staff alone. The manager should be ashamed to rent rooms that no one can rest in comfortably. I guess as long as there taking people money it’s ok.
The only thing that was 4 star rating was the receptionist Paulina she made sure that we had all of our rooms prepared. If not for her they had messed up my reservations. I had paid for two rooms three nights for four adults. They had me down for one room two adults three nights.
Perhaps whomever did the booking screwed up the air conditioning. I don’t recommend staying here until they have fixed the things l mentioned before.

Great hotel, and the service is amazing, we got an upgrade wich made the trip fantastic!
Breakfast have a lot to choose from and taste good.
Some of the food tasted a little weird, I belive they used some from earlier days.
