Upgrade needed
Our room was extremely warm when we arrived due to sunshine during the day. We opened doors and windows, but were not able to cool it down before going to bed. So, we had a warm night with less sleep than needed even if the outdoor temperature was down to 16 C. This issue should be solved. The whole facility looks worn down. Room was well cleaned, which we appreciated.
According to Hotels it should be possible to buy breakfast at the hotel. This is, however, not an option.

Perfect Stay.
Travelled to attend a gig at the Veltins Arena and on arrival we were greeted by wonderful staff with great conversation and hospitality. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and also a perfect location for attending the arena. 100% recommend!

Check in with trouble. Reception desk didn't have our reservation details. Almost send us away or force to double pay.

The Chill10 hotel is a lovely hotel. The rooms are very decent. But what really makes this place special is the lovely staff and the amazing atmosphere. Also, the restaurant is a great place to be with a nice selection of (vegan) options. The location is not particularly special, but it is very practical.

The most unique and relaxing hotel-restaurant in the Ruhr valley. The rooms are simple but modern, very bright and clean and the beds are equipped with new comfortable mattresses! The bathroom is as clean and functional as it should be. The meals at the restaurant are always tasty and with a variety for all styles, vegan included. Last but not least, the people working there are very cool, easygoing and polite.

The concept of this hotel is pretty simple, and it's perfect for some holidays, when you are not looking for high quality service. It's standard rooms, for 5 people for what we got, and you can find the minimum requirement inside rooms. The prices are so pretty good, and help to travel in this area, without spending a big amount inside hosting for sure.

We stayed for one night passing through. The building is rather unique and nice to look at. Many rooms on 3 floors and not too expensive. Rooms were ok and clean. The room has a big window to the corridor which is fine for light but every passing person can see in which was not comfortable but thats why they invented curtains.

Great hotel for this price. It's cheap, but the service is great. The food is delicious and the staff is nice.

Feeling like being at home.
This hostel is just great. we were here to celebrate the 3rd birthday of our daughter. Accidently we forget the wrapping paper but the reception manged to get some for us. This is great service and need to be mentioned. The rooms are clean and the bed are good, and all for a very fair price. We will come back and you should really try this hostel.
