Huge hotel, easy parking, location was ok, building and rooms getting old, but all was clean! Restaurant was very good! And breakfast had a very good selection - hot & cold.

Good, only far from the main city

The staff were absolutely fantastic, after an overbook by ******* the staff went above and beyond for us as a family with two children. Would highly recommend and have saved this as a hotel we will be staying at in the future

More like a 3 star hotel rather than 4. Basic necessities like a 3 star would have. Parking could’ve been inclusive just for hotel guests since it’s a 4 star as well. Location is great since it’s right next to the biggest mall in Europe!

Nice hotel in Oberhausen, close to the city center with a large mall, night life, and lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel is nice, friendly staff. On site parking is availale for an additional € 15.- per night per car; breakfast buffet is optional for € 20,- The room was clean with a nice spacious shower. The airconditioning did not work.

The breakfast was good .location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to Centro mall and the winter market. Rooms are perfect and staff is very friendly .I think this is the first hotel where I saw the environment's sustainable goals implemented. Definitely visiting again

The standard room we were in was quite dirty. Hair in the bathroom drain. Breakfast buffet was amazing though. Came here in 2018 and stayed in a junior suite that time and the room was super clean. So I was a bit disappointed.

A beautiful, modern & clean hotel. We had a upgrade from the hotel for the night which was a good surprise, there was free ice-cream for our boys whenever they wanted and the service was perfect, the staff was vriendly and helpful. Also very clean and neat from the terrace till the bathroom! We are very happy with our stay and are thinking the coming year to visit Oberhausen again and stay here again...

rooms are not soundproof, the fitness centre "downstairs" has music playing loudly and clearly the sound of equipment banging until after 11pm and starts again early morning, resorted to putting noise cancelling headphones on to get to sleep. get up early for breakfast as you run the risk of no milk for the coffee machine and no one to be found to help

This hotel is connected to a shopping mall and directly adjacent to the main train station. The night time environment around the city center is not the best but is ok. It is convienent with the shopping mall and connected underground parking. The room itself was comfortable and clean, the bathrooms could use some updating but all in all a convenient place to stay while on a business trip.

It is very difficult to find the hotel, because of its physical location. Extra effort must be made so the guests understand the parking and access to hotel. Different buildings each on different floors. Otherwise its got access to lots of shopping that was well received

It is close to the train station, and behind it is a commercial area like a pedestrian street. The streets are spacious, and underground are EDEKA, ALDI and other shopping malls. Very convenient hotel, thumbs up!

SatNav had a difficult time finding the hotel! The room was large/quiet/& clean. Parking was easy and safe. We had booked dinner at the hotel and the restaurant was very good. Service and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also served in their restaurant and was good and varied. Overall we thought that this was the best hotel that we had stayed at on our trip.

My favourite place for the long stay in Dusseldorf area . Nice hotel , good restaurant and very warm hospitality feelings . The hotel is fully accesible for the wheelchair users (as I am) The incredible staff as Nihhil , Sharin , Torben , Chiara and the others make the real added value

Great hotel in a Great neighborhood..... Well..... just by luck I selected a hotel which is in the best neighborhood in Oberhausen... What impressed me most was that it was quiet..... For a family Oberhausen has everything: Good schools....ice skating....beautiful football field.....a forest 100 meters from the hotel.... great bakeries.... I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was superb. We arrived from the overnight ferry to Hook of Holland. This place was perfectly positioned a couple of hours from the port for an overnight stay before exploring Germany. The car park was spotless. I booked this hotel as part of a business trip and a group tour. The hotel elevator was quite small. What I liked most was the excellent cleanliness. The breakfast was very simple, but the German bread was still delicious. Don't expect too much, haha.

It's a hotel that's just right for sleeping and leaving. There's nothing around except for a supermarket.

Stayed here for a night, just to enjoy the christmas markets. My lord were we surprised. Originally we booked this for the lower pricing, but never would we have expected the size and luxury of the rooms. I had a good stay at the hotel. So I had to decide how many stars to give and for me it's a 3.5!!! Positive: - Parking area on the opposite site of the hotel - there was a gym, and as an early bird, I could use it early in the morning - the breakfast tasted really good, and the small variety was top. Everybody can find something. It even had some sausages and scrambled eggs. That was a positive surprise...

We had the family room for a night (€110). Not a new room but pretty clean. The only improvement we could think of would be a kettle in the room (and coffee/tea set) and fluffier pillows. For a family of 5 (10, 8 and 4 yo kids) the stay was a pleasant one after a day spent at Movie Park.

I ordered this place because of cheapest price. The hotel room itself is good and service was perfect. But the shower was bad at least in my room - water cold almost all the time. Internet extremely fast and I was able to watch a YouTube video without problems. Will not come again because of cold water in the shower.

During my stay of several days, before 5 years there, I was with the room, Service and the very good Restaurant very satisfied. Nice budget hotel. A little bit of a walk from the station but no problem for anyone of average fitness. Not much around the hotel itself but this is a good option for anyone who needs somewhere comfortable to stay in the area.

The rooms are dated but very clean with everything what you need. I would definitely recommend to take breakfast. It is worth it. The breakfast was even better than some 4 star hotels. Big variety with super friendly service. Check my pictures you will see what I mean. It was just great! In summer you can even sit outside in the garden.

Perfect place for a stopover (epsecially when travelling with a baby and you want some space to hang out somewhere while the baby sleep, as you could close the doors between kitchen/bedroom). Would definitely stay again!

A home away from home. These apartment's have become my families home away from home. The apartment is modern and close to everything you need. Frank has thought of everything and so each apartment is well thought out and spacious. Highly recommend for a short or long stay.

We vist Techno Classic every year and have stayed at Kampgens hof many times. It is a traditional family run German hotel and the owners are fantastic, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short stay. The rooms may be a bit dated but it adds to the charm of the hotel

Lovely friendly hotel, we have stayed here many times when visiting Techno Classic show and always have a very nice stay, much better than some of the more modern utilitarian hotels. Nice birdsong to wake up to in the mornings.
