Ok!!!! I never !NEVER give 5 stars because I feel there’s always room for a hotel/restaurant to improve their service… but this place was on the ball …. This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for years …. Immaculately clean , well maintained ,amazingly friendly helpful staff, warm homely rooms , very comfortable beds, the breakfasts were really good , tasty fresh food a large selection of meats n cheeses & breads … we stayed in their restaurant for three nights we stayed ,the food was spot on .. they coped with the mrs celiac disease really competently …

An Excellent Stay – True Hospitality in Höxter
Hotel Niedersachsen – Ringhotel Höxter is one of the finest places I’ve stayed in Germany. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the Weser River. The staff is professional, polite, and always helpful – from reception to housekeeping and restaurant.
The breakfast buffet is rich, fresh, and full of variety. Dinner was outstanding — delicious regional and international cuisine with a great wine selection.
Room service is fast and efficient, the wellness area is relaxing, and parking is easy and free. The hotel is also perfectly located — close to the old town, river promenade, and hiking spots.
Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. Truly a luxury experience with warmth and care. Highly recommended for families, couples, and business travellers alike.

No from desk after 11:00 pm
Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in.
Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access.
I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3.

Very nice hotel, lovely modern rooms with fabulous bathroom with large shower... Breakfast was also very nice.. Comfortable stay with underground secure parking, would definitely stay again..

Anything other than accommodating this Hotel--Full calculation of the cancellation fee is only half an hour late for the reservation !!! Then the incorrect invoice text was NOT recommended ... Absulut...

On our last Weserbergland Tour, we are stranded in the Hotel lower Saxony, Germany.
After a short, pleasant, quiet night, we have
excellent Breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly, although very much hustle and bustle prevailed in the Morning.
The rooms were well maintained and nothing was missing. My husband and I would recommend this Hotel at any time.

Rooms were very outdated and not a 4 star Hotel. The Breakfast was good. Especially the ginger water was surprisingly good. However, the food in the evening (3-course menu) was very bland and without taste. Especially the Bavarian cream tasted like nothing at all. The asparagus soup was only warm and did not suspect that fresh asparagus has been used. The selection of snacks during the conference was also extremely poor. The cake did not taste fresh.

We have reserved a table for dinner, Huxori-Stube. It has all worked out wonderfully. The food was good and plentiful. The Service on the night of a young gentlemen has done us very fallen, he was very attentive and friendly.

Otherwise, if they are hung, then you signal you are fine with using them further. Intended to reduce laundry and the attendant issues of water consumption, soaps in the water and so on.
