Excellent stay! The staff at the reception was super friendly. Clean and quiet room. Smart TV and strong WiFi. Bets location for visiting, 10 min walk to the train station, 10 min walk to the downtown. I would definitely stay again.

Madalina, Murat, and Zal were incredibly attentive. The rooms felt like a 5-star hotel. Everything was brand new, and the bathroom was spotless. There was also a kitchen inside, and it was super clean. We were very comfortable. I couldn’t understand those who said the rooms were small. The location is right in the center, and the breakfast was amazing and very filling. They even served me a variety of gluten-free bread🙌🏼

Overall this is a great stay, the hotel is spotless and has nice furnishings, it is very good value. The location is amazing if you want to be within walking distance to the main train station and downtown.

My only issue is the room size, if you are coming with more than 1 suitcase be prepared to live out of your suitcase, while the kitchenette is nice to have, it comes at the expense of no bag storage area besides a small front closet. For two people over a 4-night stay it is extremely tight. I am also not convinced we were given the 237sq/ft room as per our booking, instead the smaller 190sq/ft room however, I am not certain, but based on other small places I have stayed this was very small and tight.
If having more room is of value to you I would recommend their larger suites.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn Düsseldorf for 4 nights. The rooms are quite comfortable and furnished with new kitchenware. It has everything you can ask for. The staff are so helpful that they even go beyond their way to help you. Special thanks to all of them. The location is just superb.
