and I had very smooth and very welcoming. checkin. When I was in my room, I had an immediate call from the receptionist if everything was according to my wish.
Although my room was facing a busy street, it was very quiet.
Thank you to all the staff from the front desk for helping us. Each and every one of them was great. This should be our go to hotel in Düsseldorf. Our family that travelled with us was very much pleased too. They hope to return soon!
The hotel is in a perfect location for easy access to the city.
The room was comfortable and clean and WiFi was fairly good.
I was on the first floor at the front of the building which unfortunately meant that there was a lot of noise from the trams running outside, meaning very little sleep!
Breakfast has a huge selection of options but is relatively pricey at €25 a day.
