Where to stay in Lennestadt

Nice hotel, rooms are OK, Good breakfast and dinner. Parking place for our motorbikes.

The room was clean and tidy. I was very satisfied with my stay.

We were visiting and looking for a place to stay for one night. The furnishings are old, but everything worked, it was clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable.

I did not stay in the hotel itself, I stayed in a neighbouring hotel and regretted very much that I had not booked a room in this hotel. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and caring. I had breakfast and dinner here as my hotel did not have a breakfast. I don't have enough words to describe the pleasure I got from the food. Huge portions and very tasty. The cuisine is Balkan, there is meat and...

100 plus points because the dogs were allowed to come, even in the restaurant. We did not see the promised welcome drink. Fairly dated hotel, with a simple kitchen. The meatballs in tomato sauce, for example, were without tomato sauce

Nice area. Quiet. Beautiful view off backside room balcony. Very good restuarant. Food was wonderful.

Just returned from a long weekend at Waldhotel Einstein with Maartje & Erwin. They are such hospitable people. Always up for a friendly chat, and everything was arranged perfectly again, as always. The food was excellent once more. There were 9 riders, and afterwards I actually heard nothing but positive things about Einstein from everyone. We are already looking ahead to our next visit to Einstein...

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel last weekend. Clean, quiet rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner, and comfortable beds. The hotel is run by an extremely friendly and hospitable couple who make you feel at home. Thank you for the fantastic stay, the great motorcycle routes, and the enjoyable evenings!

Very nice and quiet place with nice view. Easy access to many hiking trails. The owners are very friendly. Feels like home 😉

Very nice historical hotel. Friendly service, good traditional food.

Great hotel to stay with wonderful restaurant, sauna and the pool

Beautiful property and excellent service from Oliver. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming — highly recommended!

Excellent Service and food. Traditional German boarding with exquisite downtown location.

Everything was perfect. Friendly and attentive service, delicious food and a cozy atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The selection of muesli alone was huge. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We spent four unforgettable days at Bergdorf Liebesgrün and can wholeheartedly recommend this unique hideaway. The combination of modern architecture, high-quality furnishings, and the absolutely tranquil, natural setting creates an atmosphere where you can truly unwind from the moment you arrive. Bergdorf Liebesgrün is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and clear your mind. We will definitely...

We had a wonderful three days in the mountain village of Liebesgrün, and it was no wonder this place was the perfect setting for my marriage proposal! The houses are beautiful and furnished to a high standard. The food is excellent, and the friendly service of this owner-operated village leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, prices have increased significantly in recent years, and you have to...

Tolles freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Ein sehr gutes Essen, wirklich zu empfehlen. Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft. Ein Ort an dem man sich einfach wohlfühlen kann.

Die Berghütte, das Essen, der Service und die Lage.

It was our fourth stay at Liebesgrün and as always we had a wonderful time. The Nest is a comfortable cottage for two, fully equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And above all: dinner is really good and tasteful!

You calm down directly when you arrive. Everybody is really friendly and you feel welcome from the first moment. The accodomations are really nice, comfortable and you feel private. You have nice access to the nature. All details are of high quality - sleeping room, wellness area, kitchen, breakfast, dinner. Very good restaurant - very friendly service. They're doing their utmost to cover all needs...

Amazing service, cozy place to stay

Located on nice and peacefull contryside. Quite clean rooms and otherwise clean hotel. Unfortunately there is no small grocery store in walking distance. There seems to be guite large golf course during summer, but I have not experience with it.

Friendly reception, upon arrival they upgraded room to superior. Room very spacious and nice but bathroom small. Friendly and professional staff. Good food, either day menu or a la carte. The friendly cook even managed to serve me wild game (Rehkeule and Hischbraten) outside the menu. And plenty good wines. What more do you want. Generously sized swimming pool and several sauna facilities (Turkish...

We immediately felt welcomed at reception and first overall impression was great. Car park right in front of the main door. Outside looks pretty and well maintained. One of our rooms was upgraded to balcony. And they are worth the extra charge. Ok interior is a bit dated, but everything was clean and in order. But same interior made the whole place instantly feel cosy, comfortable and homely. Food...

Great food, lots of stuff for the kids to do (the waterside is fantastic!), ked cars, riding! Playground. Nice sauna area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, great bar downstairs (the mens room has a “vomitorium”)- perfect for our large group (14 adults, 13 kids from 0-11 years). Staff was friendly and relaxed.

A nice place to drive to and see the sunset.

One of the hidden gems of Germany. I found the place by accident and spend here 3 nights while working. Everyone is very helpful and polite. Also, had the best Onion Soup you could possibly eat. Thank you team ❤️

We spent a weekend here and were totally enchanted by the beautiful surrounding, the mountains, early autumnal colors and charming village. The hotel itself gives a beautiful view of the valleys. From here various walks can be made, whilst the little village itself gives the possibility for short walks with young children. We were also able to have our breakfast and dinners here, which altogether...

Really nice personal and great service, good rooms and fine hotel. Amazing location with beautiful natur all around and hilly terrain. The also offer a good breakfast. The hotel are dog friend so yout four legged friend are when welcome. Options for parking a van or trailer is also possible.

Great spot for local walks. Lot of interesting paths starting in the village. Very friendly and helpful owners. Very quiet and Hotel service for campers! Dogs allowed. No amenities, but ask the owners if you need anything.

We got the bridal-suite instead of the regular room, which made our stay very enjoyable. Very nice decorated, clean and proper. We even got a garage for our motorcycles to store. Breakfast was very good, with good coffee and fresh fruits. After a long ride in the Sauerland area, we could relax at the hotel-terrace with big glasses of German Weissbeer. :-)

great hotel on a excellent location for hiking. Very friendly staff.

gEZELLIG, LEKKER ETEN, LEUKE LIVE MUZIEK, HEERLIJKE KAMERS.

Super sweet hotel, lovely team and great surroundings. We had such a nice 2-day stay, enjoyed the lovely food, had fun driving through the beautiful nature in a covered wagon and did a super nice guided morning walk through the pretty town.

Everything absolutely perfect! Enormous room. Good food. Quality wines and beers. Very good price. Recommended!

Very nice place, rooms are clean ,i would have a choose a different room because mine didnt have a fridge but it was a last minute reservation. Friendly staff, buffet and menu can improve but theres many restaurants around so you can explore the area that is very beautiful. Loved the indoor pool, clean nice warm water and open untill 11pm. Great for going on hikes and pet friendly. Will for sure go...

Stayed here a year ago, however i look back at it with love. Would go back! I loved the little drink station in the bar where you can get tea/juice/coffee/beer all day. At least for us. It was nice and clean. 1 star missing because there wasn't many vegetarian options. However making your own waffle in the morning makes up for it! Oh and the little bowling area, super cool to entertain yourself and...

A truly warm and welcoming hotel – highly recommended! This small, family-run hotel is managed with incredible attention to detail, and you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The guest rooms are modern, freshly renovated, stylishly furnished, and extremely comfortable. The spa area is beautifully designed and invites you to relax with an infrared cabin, steam room, and classic sauna – ideal...

We were touring through Germany and came across the Landgasthof Kleiner, a very pleasant, clean and friendly Hotel in Stockum. The food was good and easy parking outside the Hotel. We managed to fit a it of walking on some of the local trails adjacent to the Hotel as well. Well worth a visit and hopefully we will return again in the future.

very convenient location, uncomplicated. The attention during breakfast was particularly good.

A family company with heart and soul. Great rooms and really fabulous cuisine. Unbelievable when you consider that the lady of the house herself cooks everything in the kitchen for several guests at the same time.

We booked here spontaneously for a night in a weekend (with a-year-old baby). Especially the kitchen (chef is mother of the owner's family) was fantastic. Kid's meal request was perfectly interpretated, shared sermon dish as a starter was beautifully separated into two at the dinner without asking, and the special cake on the Easter and homemade bread at the breakfast buffet were specially delicious...

An excellent place to stay. Friendly, clean, comfortable.

The bedding is rather rough and not very comfortable.

Nice hotel which I would recommend! Very decent hotel with nice and spatious rooms. Staff was very friendly. Good WIFI. I also warmly recommend the restaurant.

Room was clean but also very hot at june 29, mosquitos, bugs everytime gets into the room from window, one of the worst night ever, there were no restaurants around but interestingly eating only french fries at hotel restaurant was the best idea to have dinner, village is awesome, silence and peaceful. It's a place that you want to have some time with your old friends,

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Czysto, przyjemnie, klimatycznie. Fajna lokalizacja. Smaczne jedzenie. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie.

We've had an excellent stay here for one night. Friendly service, nice room and a lovely dinner and breakfast. Would not hesitate to book again.

Had dinner here. Very friendly staff, our food came very quickly, was plentiful and tasted. There are also senior portions. Thanks to the entire team.

During our family stay at this hotel, we felt truly cared for in every possible way. The staff went above and beyond to take my dietary requirements and allergies into account. They even created a special menu just for me, in addition to the regular one. I have never felt so genuinely welcomed anywhere before. The food was absolutely outstanding, both in quality and creativity. I’m returning home...

With a 5-star superior rating and the title of "Hotelier of the Year," one naturally has certain expectations, and it's all the more disappointing when these are far from being met. Yes, the owning family is present, just as the senior members of the Fessler family were at the Sonnenalp in the past, but that doesn't justify the 5-star superior rating. The spa services may be sensational, but I can...

Sometimes, when you're the only one to offer something, you may decide to rest on your unique selling point. This hotel doesn't. From arrival to departure, this stay has been a wonderful experience. When you arrive, the first thing you're asked to do is to sit down and enjoy a welcome drink. Once you've settled down for a bit, one of the front office agents will come sit with you and talk you through...

We truly enjoyed our experience! Phenomenal hospitality all around - from beginning to end! We would especially like to give a shout out to Fiona for doing a great job taking care of our table - she is great with little kids and is very good at her job! We will be back!

For my wife and I, our week in a fabulous junior suite overlooking the lake was simply fantastic. I cannot find any fault, or small detail that we were not happy with. The hotel staff provided top quality service in all areas. I have never reviewed a hotel where I have concluded with everything was perfect, but for us it was, absolutely perfect in every way.

You want to enjoy your Urlaub days in a country side?, yeah this hotel is the perfect place for you. There are Michelin star restaurants around and there are a lot cool places to go around the hotel. Pools are nice and overall comfort especially is great

After our winter hike and sledding fun, we spontaneously stopped at the restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and a lovely waitress. The food was truly excellent; even both children finished their meals. We hadn't tried "Krusteln" before – they were absolutely delicious! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again.

I was for the 2nd time in Hollander Hof and can recommend it to anybody! The rooms are clean and good. The people and service are very good, all are so friendly and happy! When the weather is good, you can sit and eat outside on a great terras. The food was very good as well, compliments to the cook. I will certainly stay at Hollander Hof again!

We celebrated our civil wedding here. The service was very good and the food really good. All our wishes were fulfilled. An all-round successful day.

We had a nice, big room with a balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast comprehensive, everything there, what you need for a good breakfast. The requests were implemented by the service sovereign and polite. Recommended

Nice hotel, great value for money

Stayed for a bike weekend. Was more than suprised. Recently refurbished rooms with modern interior, very friendly personnel and outstanding food! There is also a lovely small beer garden. The location itself is a good starting point for a mountain bike tour to various places. The hotel is marked as a "bed & bike"-hotel. You can rent a bike and they will also help you with planning a tour route. Only...

Since it was a business travel, we did not have any time to explore the hotel surrounding or any of its amenities, it was very nice and quiet area, thanks for your kind reception , we hope for next time to enjoy your area and hotel

Since it was a business travel, we did not have any time to explore the hotel surrounding or any of its amenities, it was very nice and quiet area, thanks for your kind reception , we hope for next time to enjoy your area and hotel

I was on business trip nearby, it really annoyed me that the floor was squeaking around the entrance, and the same applies for the room above my room(130). The walls sound insulation was not that great either. Other than that is ok. There isn't really anything interesting nearby as far as I could tell. It was raining ALL THE TIME! There is a shopping mall in Siegen without a McDonald's nor KFC...

Junior suite has only under the counter fridge, doors to the freezer were broken (440). There is no hob only small combi oven/microwave. No air-conditioning. Room 440 is on the attic and there are steep steps it's not accessable for person with reduced mobility. We had to change the room to 434 just beside the lift. I forgot the item in the shower in the old room and I asked at the reception but it...

As a hotel worker in there i have to say that the service both on the restaurant and the rooms are perfect

Free parking and good breakfast.

Located in a pretty area set amongst hills and beautiful landscape.

Young Ukranian receptionist was very helpful and kind. We had no problem finding parking space. Room is ok, clean and with old school vibe. Landscape is very beautifull

We were looking for a hotel due to where my partner works in Arnsberg and we were not disappointed. The hotel is clean, has a lot of charm and the food is great. The thing that really impressed us and will have us returning back wed Niko, he was very entertaining and is an asset to your hotel. We stayed on the 22nd January

pro's: - friendly staff - cozy atmosphere - free parking - cheap - drinks included during dinner - breakfast is fine - free small candy corner - board games are free to use cons: - very bad internet - bad TV connection - no ventilation in the bathroom - a lot of bathroom fixtures are loose - hard mattress, pillows too soft - food is buffet quality, not great - bad water pressure, inconsistent shower...

A lovely hotel. Peaceful location. Friendly staff and guests. Great facilities. Would stay here again.

1. Our first disappointment was that "the suite" looked nothing like the picture online. For an additional €350.00, we got what we thought was a large double room with a seating area and kitchen. The double bed was in a corner, meaning there was no bedside table on one side, and sitting on the edge of the bed meant my knees were against the wall. The ceiling had large holes, and the carpet was quite...

Service and food are absolutely spot on . Food is soooo good and the staff are brilliant

It's a really nice Irish restaurant. Huge portions and tasty dishes. Good service.

Great place to stay. Rooms are outstanding clean with large and comfy beds. Lovely B/fast and A'la Carte menu. Frendly staff, not far to towns and outdoor places. Touch of Brittany in Germany ;)

uriges Hotel, super Essen, für alle Fans von Schottland, Irland…

The very best hotel around 😉 Very nice and always smiling staff. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds and very good meals in restaurant 😉 Full English breakfest is perfect

Frankie was the best! Great Hospitality!

Location was excellent not far from motorway people friendly and welcoming with great service definitely would recommend

Good and clean hotel. Very nice staff.

Great experience, very nice people, excellent!

The hotel is not in the center of the city, but there is a bus driving every hour almost in the front of the hotel. The environment is very calm, the workers are very helpful and polite. I definetely recommend it!

I stayed at Garni-Tell for 7 days and it was great. I felt so welcoming and Mr Phillips is so friendly and caring. The room was comfortable, the shower warm and the breakfast was delicious (prepared early for me due to work). I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you guys! I hope I can come back soon.

This was our third time staying at this hotel and we once again had a wonderful time. Many positive things have already been detailed in other reviews (great food, friendly staff, cleanliness, free mineral water, sufficient towels even in the spa area, birthday gifts, etc.). However, certain things creep in that seem inappropriate for a hotel of this upscale category. Our mattress was terribly hard...

Looking forward to stay in this hotel, so far all the booking process went very good! Very nice, following up on my family needs and requests. Excellent welcome from the staff. Good food for dinner.

Spacious room. Very good menus in nice buffet form. Much attention to the dog's stay. Fantastic pool

We would like to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary soon. Since the Hotel Rimberg has its own chapel and we don't want to have to travel far on this special day, we first asked about a nice daily schedule. We have already been given some good suggestions. In any case, we are already looking forward to our special wedding day.

A wonderful place of power where you can recharge. Very polite service. We felt completely at ease.

A really nice house that I really want to come back to. Quiet, neat, delicious food, attentive service. In addition, there is a beautiful wide view of the opposite ski slope. Depending on the season for hiking or for fun in the snow. Including a training slope for the little ones.

the hotel is very nice, clean and located in the area we needed. the service was very helpful and nice.

The rooms are nice and clean although the bathroom needs a bit of renovation, (especially the sink.) staff very pleasant. Location top

The standard room (unfortunately, despite booking early, only this category could be booked for this day of the week) was very plain and showing its age, as was the bathroom. The splash guards and joints in the shower were dark orange and black. The "wellness area" did not deserve this name. Most of the tiles there were very old (70s?), the room was uncomfortable, the steam bath was out of order and...

Great Rooms designed with some african decoration and so is the hole Hotel. I was fascinated by it. The only bad thing is that there was no cleaning service for my room , since i stayed for two nights i needed a change of towel unfortunately that service wasn t provided . Otherwise i had a great experience

Nice rooms with bathrooms. Air conditioning will probably be missing in the summer. Unfortunately, as is the case in many hotels these days, the bar and reception close at 10 p.m. Breakfast was also perfectly fine.

Nice clean hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Good kitchen. Delicious food. Breakfast and dinner. We found the prayers very loud. But it was wonderfully quiet at night despite being in the town.

Room are nice, well isolated, and modern, bed is comfortable, and the environment is very calm and pretty. Quick tea and coffee is available in the corridor. The restaurant is also good. The location is a bit far from city, but is not necessarily a negative point for everyone.

New and Clean rooms. Good food at the restaurant! Serene location!

Hotel and dining room are definitely to be recommended. The hotel is very modern, there is a terrace for each room with a view of the open meadow. The bathrooms are modern and comfortable. The dining room has good food at reasonable prices. I will definitely come back when the opportunity arises.

Thanks for hosting great people. We say that in 6 months again.

A wonderfull new hotel at a magnificent location in the hills near Neuenrade. The rooms are (very clean) quiet and luxurious. The hotel is run by a very friendly family/staff. In short a great place to stay!

Great place -- very friendly -- very clean

Beautiful Rooms and wonderful location; only negative was we were on the 4th floor with a lot of luggage (5 large bags) which was difficult to transport up tthe stairs as there wasn't a lift. Otherwise cannot fault this hotel and would stay again (but request a lower room to make it easier).

Breakfast was an extra fee and it was excellent. Syliva at the front desk is fantastic. Just a short walk to the castle and royal gardens and the church. They had a parking space for our rental car. Just perfect.

Next to the Berleburg Castle Nice mellow quiet food. Excellent breakfast.

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Alte Schule when visiting the Alexander Mack Museum.

We stayed just for one night, I wish it could have been longer! We arrived much later than planned due to traffic, but the restaurant waited for me and my children so we could have dinner after a long trip. Staff is very friendly and the rooms and dining are bright and cozy.

Very nice hotel in a very charming village. The hotel itself is situated close to the gardens and to several beautiful hikes. The hotel itself is clean and charming, with an exceptionally great breakfast buffet. The room came with an unexpected bathtub which we enjoyed immensely, courtesy of the complimentary bathproducts that were included in the room

Actually an OK place, but seems a bit gloomy, and with rather poor lighting. Reasonable beds, and good breakfast.

A bit noisy due to the location. Rooms quite quaint. The young employee early in the morning was apparently still a little overwhelmed. But otherwise very warm and friendly atmosphere.

The rooms are in new German terms, 100% old school, furnishings from the 70s/80s. But nothing broken or stained, everything in super clean condition down to the last corner. The room is big enough to be able to move around in it. The price of 7 euros for breakfast is a joke. You get a large plate with different sausage, ham and cheese selection. In addition, eggs freshly prepared as desired, the portion...

Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

They don't speak much English. But, this place is fabulous. They display such generosity and care for their guests. I will definitely be back!

Really nice hotel. Staff where every friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate, a little small but when I was there due to business so perfectly functional. The only thing for me was the bed was very soft which I don't like but other might.

The first time when i slept here i was a bit dissappointing about the cleaning and the noise of the rooms next to mine, but in the second time i found a cleaner hotel which change my opinion. Both rooms were bit old as well as the bathroom Good breakfast and they offer parking also.

Very good hotel in general. Clean rooms, modern ambiance. Good continental breakfast, partial English breakfast available. My single bed room did not have a power outlet near the bed though, which was a minor annoyance. Otherwise I had a good stay.

Nice central hotel with swimming pool but rooms without air conditioning. Friendly hotel staff.

Very nice hotel. The room was perfect. Everything was clean and nice.

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff and good food including breakfast buffet. Location is pretty good.

great hotel with great customer service!

Room was so nice, bathroom is big and has bathtub. Worth the stay, price was cheap as it also includes breakfast. View from the room is perfect.

Not particularly attractive from the outside, but the interior is well-equipped and the hotel itself is very nice. The location was good for my needs, and public transport is very close. The reception was nice, but there was one major drawback: when I arrived home from work at 4:30 a.m. and wanted to check into the hotel, the door was locked and there was no system in place to open it with my card...

In times of Corona ,works very well, safe, clean and excelent breakfest

Very nice staff. Breakfast is a bomb. SAUNA is also mega. Only the swimming pool is too cold for the water. But otherwise everything was great

Centrally located hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! The room was very small and a bit old, which you know when you book the hotel. For a 3-star hotel you absolutely shouldn't complain. Even a pool and a small sauna on the roof. Here and there you can still work on the cleanliness, but I don't want to complain and can recommend the hotel.
