The room was very spacious, and functional. The warm water in the shower was not stable. The heater kept switching on and off which resulted in too hot or too cold water.

I have 400,000 TripAdvisor followers and level 8 on here, there is no toilet paper, the reception area doesn't keep them! The breakfast is cheap and the guy running it is horrible and rude. No museli, no green or peppermint tea. No kettle. Horrid supersize pillow. No blackout blinds. Tiny towels

Rooms are okey they are big, breakfest could be better and threre ends Hood things, they have 7/8 Wi-Fi routers and starting of it that none od them works in my room. I'm room 12 os smal kichen but same as Wi-Fi it isn't working. Reception? When we leave Hotel they are closet wehen we came back they are also closet.so yeah big rooms are the only good things and i give them 2 stars because they have breakfest.

Very good price-performance ratio. Nice reception, rich Breakfast, clean rooms. I felt at ease and come gladly again :)

We were one night in the Hotel and we are very satisfied. The room was spacious and very clean, with laminate instead of a dusty carpet, very friendly staff, rich buffet breakfasts, and a price/performance ratio, you can see the difference.
We recommend the Hotel on each case, and at the next visit to Mettmann, we already know where we will stay again...!

4 stars stand in front of the door. 3 stars apply to the rear of the hotel building. Factory air smells next door. Pro7 in the otherwise ordinary Breakfast. Room generally ok, quite large. Location close to Hiking trail, so we ended up here. For a night ok.

The staff at the reception are very nice and the rooms are also very good!Large room with free Wi-Fi. The rooms are very well furnished.I would recommend it to anyone! I felt very comfortable here and the price is for the performance is very good!

Rooms at first look amazing, but it was very cold in basement rooms and the heater didnt want to start running. People passing by can see in your room from the streets. Workers at reception are not always there.
