The Hotel is dated. Staff was friendly and our room was spacious and clean. All in all a reasonable hotel. For the price fine. And the place is a good base for wupperthal dusseldorf e.d.
Very good middle class Hotel, price - performance superb, Very spacious rooms,... We had two toilets, bedroom TV , living room +TV , kitchen, wardrobe, balcony... Everything was clean...Nice staff... Straightforward... Thank you, gladly again...

Renovation works have been somewhat carelessly carried out by craftsmen(e.g. heating pipe is very generous of the tile to be cut...) and possibly make improvements

Einfach im positiven Zinne des Wortes und gut. Schőne Zimmer mit gute Ausstattung. Frűhstuck reichhaltig und gut presentiert. Hat auch small Bar. Komme gerne wieder...

Carpets are more than spent,everywhere in the black or all the way through.

Breakfast is quite ok but not outstanding for a 4-star guy expected to eig.
Rooms:
Multiple bad experiences. Cleanliness is not written here, unfortunately I large. 6 weeks old invoices and condom packaging in a Fresh geputzen rooms have been surprised. Just as it seemed I earplugs in a room found use obviously in the middle of the room. This is certainly not a 4 star value, not even a-...
Equipment is here but very neat!

Price:
I personally think the price is not justified since I was already in 0-star Hotels (around 60€/night incl. Breakfast) offer more Service and cleanliness and facilities as the Arcardia.
Conclusion:
All in all, this Hotel certainly has the best years behind itself. Hoier is much need for action in Terms of organization and cleanliness.Also, the vlt should be a few pieces of furniture and the carpets replaced.

Very good hotel with charme. Room very big and clean. Breakfast okay with limited choice
Friendly multilingual staff, clean and spacious rooms with a nice view. Nearby Düsseldorf but far enough away from the busy centre. Good breakfast buffet. 24h reception is a big plus. Not always parking spots on the front parking but always a spot within short walking distance.
Clean hotel with a bit old furniture, service is friendly and helpful. However parking here is a mess. Underground parking lot is available as paid service even for the outside parking you have to pay. The underground parking is a narrow spot where you will have to be pretty good in exact parking and snakey to get out of your car. Guaranteed dent and scratch area. To pay for this gives you a rip off feeling.
Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We stayed due to an early visit to the Neanderthal museum. Good value for money and quiet.
