Panorama Hotel Rheinkrone in Andernach

This Hotel was offered to us as a disabled person, although it is that! An Elevator is available, but much too tight. A wheelchair fits in there just barely. The entrance to the bathroom is so narrow that a wheelchair will fit there.in.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS PLACE IS COMPLEATLY HORRIBLE.
I wish I could give it -2 stars.
I have been here over a month and the Internet is absolutely horrible. Each floor has its own network and I could never connect to my floor. If I stood in the hallway I could sometimes connect to to the for below me. I complained several times, the first time I got nothing but a shrug and a I'm sorry face, the second time the response I got was "I always just unplug this and plug it (the WiFi extender) back in and it works (but it didn't), the third response I got was "Just go into the hallway and use the internet." What kind of BS is that to expect me to do work, make personal calls and use the Internet for any other reason out in a public space where the Internet doesn't even work all the time. Then the old man is always smoking a cigar inside the building and every floor reeks of cigar smoke. They will do your laundry but can't garente they won't shrink it. Two colleges had their clothes shrank. Due to my lengthy stay and not other option avaliable and I had to have them do my laundry. Yes some clothes were shrunk, my laundry smelt like someone had blown cigar smoke directly into the bag and my clothes had ash on them. There are very few good qualities about this motel but due to the unsatisfactory service I have received I will not mention them. If I had a choice in the hotel I stayed at I would never choose this one again. Absolute crap.

While packing up to leave I have now found my laundry that they did for me has cigar burns. Unbelievable. Words cannot discretion my anger right now.
