We had a booking for 2 nights, but after a drive of 3 hours, we arrived at the Moselle and we encountered flooded roads. We checked with the hotel, and they told us to get to them through another route, so we started driving to the hotel. While drivig, we heard on the radio that the city of Cochem would overflow in the next hours, so we decided to cancel the hotel and drive the 3 hours back home. It was a well thought decision, because if something would happen to my car, the insurance certainly wouldn't interfere, because the area was flooded.
We called the hotel again to update them on our decision and they would check with Mrs. Pollmanns to see if we could get a voucher and come back to us. The next day, I contacted the hotel again, and the said that because 23 of the 24 rooms showed up, we couldn't get a voucher. Very friendly and commercial and 320 euro down the drain.

We stayed in Ernst with our motorhome and ate in Pullmans twice. The food is excellent and the restaurant and staff dog friendly. Germany has suffered from the COVID aftereffects and lost many restaurants and moved towards too much fast food but Pullmans still deliver excellent German cuisine.

Food was superb, so was the wine (obviously!). The restaurant has a great atmosphere with beautiful decor that I loved. Service was great as well!

Waitress took orders for diner wrong and kept telling us it was our mistake without giving us options to fix HER mistake. The food was good but very unhappy with this service..

Family Pollmanns, or in the beautiful Spa Hotel. The location of the hotel in the wine town of fascinate Seriously (quite near Cochem) on the banks of the Moselle river and views of the vineyards, as well
like the friendly atmosphere, good food and a friendly staff. In the meantime, we feel there at home. If a holiday on the Moselle and then only in the
Hotel Pollmanns.

Nice hotel, but less suitable for people who are here with a motorcycle because of a total lack of facilities for motorcyclists tailored hotel are normally such as, garage, space for the clothes to dry and sleutelmogelijkheid. The guests were also generally older, 70 plus.

We come for years in the Moselle area and Hotel Pollmanns is our favorite place to stay!
A beautifully located hotel on the Moselle in a quiet village called Severity +/- 5 km from Cochem.
The hotel has a wonderful spa and a very good restaurant.
Would you like to relax then this is definitely a must!!!!!!!

Beautiful, cared-for accommodation in beautiful surroundings, ideal starting point for cycling along the river Mosel. Very nice breakfast and 3-course menu. Clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful bike rides were closed at night by use of 3 different saunas, and massage.
