4.5 Stars! Great stay in Bonn. Well-located near the tram station and within walking distance of the river and the city center. The reception is only open in the morning to afternoon. If you arrive after 3 pm, they will give you a code to access the key. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had all the items one would expect.

Check in was easy. If you arrive later, just let them know. Very friendly personal family business, much better than the big chains. Breakfast was good, many different options and homemade marmalade. Rooms clean, modern, air conditioner present. Near everything, Bonn is very walkable.

Fantastic family-run hotel.
Fantastic family-run hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect for our family of three - room was modern, clean and had everything we might need. Good breakfast and we reserved parking too. Location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the city centre (a number of very good restaurants and bars were recommended to us by the hotel staff) and half an hour drive from Phantasialand (well worth a visit). Would recommend.

Great location for the marathon. The rooms were clean, but very small. The all female staff were very kind and accommodating. I think the price was a bit much for the product you received. Everything worked out well, and we had a good stay. The breakfast was small and limited, but we managed.

Host and staff were so friendly and the breakfast spread was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Facilities: There is no elevator. There are many things to exhibit. Don't stay in this hotel. The bed is very small, and the mattress and pillows are not very comfortable.

Service: 0 points, it's really bad. I had other plans after the exhibition and wanted to negotiate to check out in the next two days, but there was no room for negotiation. Starting from 11 o'clock on the day of check-out, they would keep calling and knocking on the door to urge us to check in, and we would not be allowed to check in any later. Daily cleaning is not done unless you ask for it, and bottled water is not provided unless you specifically request it. The breakfast was very simple, just bread, eggs and bacon.

This is a hotel I will never come back to.

The ladies that work here are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are small but comfy and clean. Very good location. Close to river/ shopping /restaurants and bars

I had a great stay at Hotel Bonn City. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well-organized. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was incredibly convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied—there were no issues or mishaps during my stay. This hotel will definitely be at the top of my list for my next business trip!
