We liked the large parking lot and the wonderful breakfast
Average hotel along the road. Not great but not terrible for a quick nights sleep. Bed were extremely hard with the springs in your back. Otherwise clean and comfortable. One extremely annoying thing is they charged for the parking if your electric car is parked in the electric stall without telling you. Ended up paying 25eur for parking when it said free.
Highly recommended in general.
The staff are friendly and nice. But that was about it. Wasted, disorganized, forgetful and haphazard the guests were taken care of. We (and it wasn't just us) were left sitting on the 'dry', bread ordered was completely forgotten. When we were able to ask after half an hour, since someone finally showed up where our dessert was, nobody knew anything about our order.
When it came to paying, it wasn't much better. We had to wait for what felt like an eternity for a service person to appear. It also took a long time before another service person came to pay. Other guests just put the money on the table and left. But no one was interested.
We were seated at table 15. This part of the restaurant has a pull from somewhere. I'm not really sensitive, but the other guests in this area felt the same way. Many were cold.
Conclusion. Great food and atmosphere, service could be improved. Such a shame for such a great restaurant..
