Bestprice Hotel Koblenz in Koblenz

Booked to stay here for 1 night on 22 May, as part of a 3 week motorbike tour, and the booking has been cancelled today. No reason given, but looking on *******, think it is being refurbished. Would have appreciated more notice to give us time to find somewhere else.

OMG what a dump. 32 degrees in summer and there is no air conditioning, no fan, no mini fridge and no ice available.
There is no iron or cups.
The rooms have no amenities at all.
I strongly suggest that you don't stay in this hotel.

Well...the location next to the train station is good, and the restaurant and ice cream place are pretty good too, but the hotel is kind of gross. Dark, smelly and we found a heroin lighter behind the bed. As soon as they swiped the card we realized we had made a mistake.

Very dirty room. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was not drinkable. Not always towels in room. Black deposit in shower. A lot of noise in the hotel (playing kids the whole night). To expensive for what you get. We are not returning their!
