Incredible hotel. May not look like much from outside. The dining area is beautifully done. The service is attentive. Our room (44) was large with air conditioning and very very quiet. Room darkening shades. It was like sleeping in a comfortable cave. :). the bed provided comfortable sleep. Highly recommend

Hotel Brenner is an independent hotel. It is small and intimate. No higher than five floors and a small lift. The lift is just about larger than a typical shower stall.

German-style Continental Breakfast is provided: breads, rolls, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt and quark. I would describe the dining room as a salon. It was naturally well lit with sunshine from floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to a serene garden.

The room was fantastic and extremely comfortable. Great living room with windows that open. Weather was nice so I didn't use the available air conditioner. I spent some nice afternoons resting with the windows open and listening to the occasional birdsong.

I didn't use the television since the Wi-Fi was stable with very high speed that I was able to stream media. At night the room stayed comfortably warm with the radiator. Room lighting was nice as well.

Bathroom was very spacious. The towels were thick and absorbent. There was plenty of surface area for all your toiletries. I can only say good things about the water pressure and water temperature. Taking a shower was a pleasure.

The hotel is centrally located between the Koblenz Hbf and the Altstad.

I spent four wonderful nights here. All my expectations were exceeded. I would not hesitate returning if I am ever back in Koblenz.

I stayed for four nights at this well-located property. It is ten minutes walk from the Koblenz Hauptbahnhof and fifteen minutes walk from the Altstadt. The room was extremely comfortable and clean with fast Wi-Fi. The weather was nice enough to open the windows in the afternoon to enjoy the fresh air and the tranquility. My room overlooked the garden behind the hotel. The radiator was more than sufficient to keep the room at a comfortable temperature when it cooled off in the evenings. Breakfast was expansive. The dining area could only be described as a classic European salon that looked out into the garden. There were more than enough tables to accommodate all of the guests. They were also well separated, so it was easy to walk between the tables in the salon. Hotel Brenner has exceeded my expectations on all levels. I would not hesitate returning if I'm ever back in Koblenz.

The Hotel Brenner in Koblenz is a fabulous hotel. It's located in a rather quiet area of the said city, specifically in Rizzastraeße. The building housing the hotel is relatively modern solid construction and apparently sound proof. The room which was allocated to us is very spacious, very peaceful and comfortable, especially the bed, whose matters had the right toughness to assure a good sleep. The room consists of two parts: that where the bed lies and a living-like area with a coach and armchairs for resting and talking while having a tea before going to bed. Everything is formidable. Besides, the room has a nice view over the garden. The bath room is also comfortable. Notwithstanding that, there is no shower tray in the shower cabin. That makes one need to place the shampoo and other flasks on the floor upon having a shower, to the detriment of the comfort and the convenience of the guests. The breakfast is fabuous. There is a free-buffet including everything needed to keep going for a long time during the day. Besides, it's not expensive. The hotel staff members are great, very kind and helpful, both at the reception and at the breakfast room. This is very well decorated, with much taste and has also a nice view over the garden, of which one can enjoy while having that gorgeous breakfast. Therefore, the hotel in question is absolutely a recommendable one to stay whenever one goes to Koblenz.

This is a nice hotel with nice rooms, a very pretty breakfast room, and an extremely nice and helpful front desk staff. . The staff helped us with cabs, etc. and couldn't have been more pleasant. he hotelis well located and it was easy to get anywhere in Koblenz. We stayed there for 2 days and were very happy.

Our room was very clean, large and modern. There is a garage for bicycles to safely store your bike overnight. The hotel is close to the train station. The breakfast was decent, but you cannot use the coffee machine yourself and the coffee was watered down.

This is a delightful hotel, walkable both from the train station and the main tourist spots. Our room was very spacious. Breakfast was very good. We can only give four stars because on arrival our safe showed a 'low battery' warning. We immmediately reported this and were told that housekeeping would deal with the issue. Unfortunately this did not happen during our two day stay there.

The hotel is in a good location, less than a 10 minute stroll from the train station and 15 minutes to major attractions and the town centre. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walk, 15 minutes tops cover most of the town centre. The centre is very lively if that’s what you are after. The staff were very friendly and accommodating apart from when I requested some ice for drinks and was told ‘It is not possible, it is not normal’. However when I asked a different lady on another night she went and fetched some from a local restaurant , good service. Our room was good, one floor up at the back of hotel facing the garden, quiet and spacious. On the down side the TV was small and there was no English language channels. There were a few, like CNN showing on the list but they weren’t tuned.I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but it’s nice to have the option of the news or a film late at night. Another problem for me was no mini fridge in the room, I like a cold drink on a hot day. Last complaint, the bathroom was large, clean, well appointed but the shower was terrible, perhaps the lowest pressure shower we’ve ever encountered in a hotel. It took me about 15 minutes under a dribble of water to get anywhere near clean. The shower and ice are minor problems. Breakfast was very good, a nice selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts of meat and cheese and a hot option of eggs and bacon. I had fried eggs cooked to order but scrambled and boiled were available. There was also a good selection of bread and cakes all served in a very nice room overlooking the garden. All in all I enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again if returning to Koblenz.
