Reviews
It's really a pity that I'm now over. 3 months ago I received a complaint from the hotel about this review. However, I still stand by my rating of this hotel, as this was only after a conversation with the staff.
It was not my intention to portray the hotel in a negative light. However, if you have already sought a conversation with the staff during your stay and nothing has changed about the deficiencies that can be eliminated, it is very frustrating.
It is important that constructive criticism is not negative criticism and should not be perceived as such. While constructive criticism isn't always positive, it should aim to help someone, not put them down. Of course, I mainly listed the negatives here because I would have liked to know where I was going to stay beforehand.

Even with such a cheap "hotel" I would have expected at least clean rooms.
→spiders everywhere and of course spider webs too. After this was reported and the cleaning staff was in the room the following day, they were not removed.
→the ceiling lights and the one afterglow by the bed are defective.
→on luck the toilet flush worked.
→the water in the sink did not drain properly at all.
→almost no cell phone reception or working WiFi.
→There was a terrible stench in the hallway.
→It was only mentioned at the reception that the accommodation is another 200 m away and there is no staff.
→It is very noisy and you should definitely have earplugs with you.
All in all, I would not visit this "hotel" again. The location, on the edge of the forest, is nice and Koblenz is also very easy to reach, but there should be a certain standard of hygiene.
The hotel tried very hard to have my review blocked and removed because, from the company's point of view, it was too negative. It is very differentiated, as you can read below.
Simply having unwanted ratings removed is certainly also a way to improve your status...

Valuation:
The hotel is new, but the rooms are very spartan. It wasn't really clean, I had dead flies lying around on the floor. However, the bathroom was clean.
Check-in is only possible at the partner hotel, about 200m down the road. Not tragic, but not exactly comfortable either.
The hotel is very noisy. For example, if someone opens the door to the hallway, the room doors shake a bit and you can see everything that happens in the hallway here. Unfortunately, during my stay, there were some children running around in the corridors and making noise, which the hotel can't do anything about. But one has the feeling that they were right in the room.
The bed is very comfortable, I slept well on it.
The hotel is in a good location for those who want to go to the Rheinsteig, as it is practically right in front of the door (that's why I chose the hotel). However, you have to plan to walk another 15-20 minutes into town for dinner, because there is nothing around the hotel (restaurant, or similar). Unfortunately, getting something delivered doesn't work either, because:
The WiFi is an absolute joke. (Probably) All possible sites are blocked by an upstream proxy. Lieferando: not accessible. Local restaurant websites: not accessible. The Rheinsteig website: not accessible. The website of the railway: not accessible. Spotify: not accessible. YouTube: not accessible. That's just outrageous and doesn't work at all these days.
The breakfast for 9.90 is okay if you want to start directly in the Rheinsteigs. There are fresh rolls, a small selection of sausage and cheese. To drink there is coffee (which tastes delicious) and juices. Unfortunately no mineral water.
I would have liked to mention the points I mentioned above to a hotel employee at check-out, but there was no one in the house who could have listened to it or made a note of it. So now everything is collected here by rating in the hope that the hotel will take something away from one point or another.
All in all, I have to say that the hotel is "OK", I probably wouldn't sleep here again. would i recommend it Limited.
The beds were very good, the rooms were clean and everything worked perfectly with the booking.
The hotel is almost completely without staff, reception and breakfast can be found in the neighboring hotel about 150 meters away, which you should be aware of.
For 42 € for a single room I would not have expected such a nice room.
