We did book through phone, everything went smooth. Made you if we come between 2 and 10 pm someone will be on the reception in the other house - very near. We didn't have any problem, check in was smooth. The room was fine. The shower was lacking any kind of a curtain, made the water splash everywhere + the "window" from the room to the bathroom was see through - if showering or sitting on the toilet, the person in your room could see you. Didn't even need to put any effort in it, was right there. When coming to the flat the area of staircase and corridors smelled really bad - the room itself was fine, that's great. Also, the cleaning personal just came to the room without knocking at about 10am of our check out day. Looked in and left. That felt impolite. Its fine considering it's one of the cheapest accommodation in the area. The sad thing is that it's still quite expensive for what you get.

At the edge of the forest. Everything is more suitable as a stopover. Many seasonal workers stay there.

Beautiful setting for a hotel with access to the wonderful Bendorf and quick access to the Deutches Eck.. I will be back in summer!

Nice property a little noisy when people are walking in the hallway but it was quiet after 11pm. Great for those with a car.
