Our only problem was the water pressure but we noticed them working on this.

Breakfast... absolutely delicious! It had everything you could possibly want.
The room was very old and dated. It was also so small that I couldn't even open my suitcase properly. Instead of a balcony, they should have chosen a slightly larger room. The bathroom was incredibly cramped – you could barely move – and it was also filthy. There was also a very nasty brown stain in the toilet that couldn't be brushed away, which felt really unhygienic.
According to the website, this hotel was rated 4 stars, but that's absolutely not the case. There was no air conditioning, no coffee maker, or even a kettle in the room. There were also no extra pillows. When we asked for them at the reception, we were initially told they weren't available. Only after insisting did we finally get them, after a considerable wait. The receptionist was on her own and had to fetch them from other rooms.
The breakfast was very meager and rarely replenished. The ladies serving breakfast were unfriendly, and many items were already gone. Finally, the location is very remote, on top of a mountain and far from the center. The value for money is absolutely not worth it. For what you get, you pay far too much. Definitely not recommended if you value comfort, cleanliness, and service.
