A Nightmare Stay – Room 301

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. After just one hour of sleep, I was abruptly awakened by bed bugs biting me. To my horror, I found them not only in the bed but also underneath it. Shocked and distressed, I immediately called the hotel’s emergency number.

What followed was even more unacceptable. The response I received offered no solution—no alternative room, no assistance—leaving me stranded in an infested room in the middle of the night. At 1:30 a.m., I had no choice but to pack up and leave the hotel in search of a solution, which was nearly impossible at that hour.

I returned the next day expecting to speak with a manager, but no one came to address the situation, despite staff being fully aware of what had happened. Later that afternoon, I received a call—not from a senior manager, but from someone else—informing me that I would not receive a refund. To make matters worse, they pleaded with me not to post any photos of the bed bugs, the “special guests” of room 301.

I felt deeply insulted and disrespected. No guest should ever have to endure such a horrifying experience or be treated with such disregard. It’s clear that guest well-being is not a priority for this establishment. I sincerely hope that room 301 has since been closed for proper pest control.
