Guests frequently praise the hotel's cleanliness and calm rooms. The breakfast buffet is described as diverse with gluten-free options and served from early morning until late morning on weekends. Staff are often called friendly and helpful, with some reviews highlighting excellent customer service. Free large parking lot available and convenient location near the motorway and local amenities. Several guests mention that the rooms are small, with minimal space beyond the bed and shower. Sound insulation between rooms is poor, leading to disturbances from neighbors. Parking in the hotel lot requires a coin to exit, which some find inconvenient, and parking is not free despite a large free lot nearby. A few reports describe inconsistent or rude behavior from some staff members at reception. The in-room TV has limited channel availability and no support for screen sharing or HDMI connections, which some guests found frustrating.

Excellent value for money. Our room was super calm and clean. The breakfast is a well diversified buffet. It is ideally located near A6 motorway.

Lovely hotel with an excellent staff. No matter the hours they’re friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean. The breakfast in the morning is available from 630 until 10 during the week 11 on the weekend and has more than enough to fuel you for the day. The location is convenient not far from the train station and next to a movie theater and Burger King. Is that a whole lot to do in this town but if you need a place to stay here, I highly recommend.

This hotel is a great place to stay for business or pleasure. Parking is not free but you can park outside on the street for free. In order to exit the hotel parking lot you need to acquire a coin from the front desk. No big deal, it feels awkward when they are busy and need to ask for a coin to leave.

I would stay here again, it’s a great place to stay.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and very nice. The breakfast was wonderful, gluten free options were always provided. The only reason I'm giving the review a 4 star review, is that since the streaming services no longer allow screen sharing, the TV in the room was practically useless, I couldn't use it with an HDMI cable either, so that was really an issue. Otherwise I'd absolutely recommend it and would stay again.

A very nice hotel. Clean room, friendly staff. Good wife, and breakfast. For me I would have preferred foam pillows, and I feel the towels let the hotel down. Very thin, rough and cheap, these need replacing for larger more comfortable ones. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, comfortable, and new. The breakfast area is wonderful. The staff serving breakfast are excellent — very polite, quick, and professional. Big compliments to them, they never seem to have a bad day. The reception staff, both female and male, are also polite and professional, except for one bearded employee who was extremely rude and impolite. He never greets guests when passing by. When I once asked to leave my car keys at the reception for a colleague, he rudely replied that he wasn’t authorized to do that, then turned his back on me. That kind of behavior towards a guest is quite disrespectful and unprofessional — he could have refused in a much more polite way, and I wouldn’t have minded at all. The hotel should pay more attention to who they hire to work with guests, as that can significantly affect the overall experience of a stay.

The rooms are very clean, tidy, and nicely designed. I got a spacious room with a large bathroom. My stay was two weeks long, and I requested room cleaning either through the reception or by directly arranging it with the housekeeper, which worked out great. The room has a kettle, but no fridge — it would be nice to have one, especially for guests staying longer. Most TV channels were unavailable, but that wasn’t a big issue.

A major downside is the poor sound insulation between rooms, which should definitely be improved. One night, the room next door was occupied by a couple who had a very passionate night and morning. It was quite uncomfortable for neighboring guests. The walls are probably made of plasterboard, which offers very poor (or almost no) soundproofing — a shame, as it really lowers my overall impression.

When booking through Booking.com, I chose the option with free cancellation and payment upon arrival, which was intentionally a bit more expensive for my employer. I chose that option in case our plans changed. However, the hotel charged one night to my credit card without my consent and without any prior warning on the Booking.com page, which is unfair and unprofessional behavior toward customers. After my complaint, they refunded the money, but only after a few days.

The location is fine, on the edge of the city, but everything is close by car. Even on foot, it’s not far to the center — maybe 30 minutes, which wasn’t a problem for me. The hotel has a large free parking lot. I advise future guests not to pay for hotel parking, as you don’t actually get anything for it — you’re just wasting money. In my opinion, the hotel should either reduce the parking fee or make it free for guests, but that’s up to them.

Despite the issues I’ve mentioned, I think the price matches the overall quality. Personally, I would consider staying here again. My criticism is meant to be constructive — to help improve things, not just to complain. I believe that if these issues were fixed, the hotel’s rating would be much higher.

A super - nice, new hotel, where we enjoyed our stay in kl! The only drawback is that there was no cleaning and the bed is a little narrow, but apart from that the hotel is super beautiful and i also liked how clean, organized the hall area is! Breakfasts were great too! :)

Great stay, great breakfast. Super clean and friendly staff

Not great. Location is the major drawback. Very small rooms, no gym (can pay for the nice actual gym down the street, 15E/day). 2 miles from downtown so expect to pay 15E one way to get downtown in a cab if you don't want to walk. Felt way below normal IHG standards. They accept dogs which is cool if you have one but one down the hall barked for 4 hours... They did stop the dog in the end but... 4hrs.
