Stayed here for about two months and everything was excellent. Very well managed hotel. The front desk staff particularly is superb - they were consistently responsive and didn’t miss a beat - but special kudos to Phillip, who often anticipated needs and would ask or offer to help with something before I even had the chance to ask for it. He and the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. I also like how their cleaning crew is meticulous about cleaning the lobby and public areas every day - the lobby cleaning crew also deserves a shoutout for their attention to detail in cleaning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Love this place! It feels like home. We stay here for the Christmas Markts every year! It's a great walking distance to downtown. The drinks are great the breakfast is always sooooo good. Great beds and comfy pillows!!

129€ per night. Very nice hotel, staff was kind. Breakfast was very lovely, served as buffet. It doesn’t seems like there is a lot but there is a lot to choose from.

Only error was when I wanted to check out and the WiFi was off, so I haven’t received any receipt but they send invoice afterwards to my email, so perfect.

Helpful staff and 20 minute driving distance to Landstuhl and 7 minute driving to downtown. Rooms and bathrooms are smaller than other hotels so makes it cramped for a couple or family with even 1 kid

I loved staying here! The front desk customer service was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - great variety of options. The food was fresh and delicious. My room was clean and modern and I loved the location. The hotel is an easy 10-15 min walk to all kinds of shops, coffee, and restaurants. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when in the area.

Overall, not bad, but the breakfasts are very basic and I'd even say mediocre! I could ask for more variety for a hotel like this!

Location is central to Kaiserslautern but removed enough to be quiet at night and have ample included parking. The rooms are well stocked for short stays and in excellent condition. The beds, linens and towels are much higher quality than you would expect at the price point. The hotel was full when I stayed but the breakfast was still well stocked and I had no problems with WiFi speed. The gym has more to offer than most hotels in Europe, but due to the heavy U.S. military population staying, be prepared for a very full gym during the morning hours.

Wonderful staff that bent over backwards to provide superb service, especially the young lady who let me check in early on October 13th when I was exhausted from overnight international flight. The breakfast is superb, especially the scrambled eggs along with the tasty warm fresh baked croissants. Parking was free but not always available but guessing this was unusual situation due to big carnival occurring in next lot over.

Very attentive staff and the rooms were nice. AC worked well. I was surprised about the quality of the included breakfast - different days had changing options and there was great labelling for dietary restrictions.

Breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly.
The room is not just extremely clean. But it is not dirty either. The bedding is very comfortable and clean.
The hot water comes out very well and there is a lot of parking space, which is nice.
