Overall, not bad, but the breakfasts are very basic and I'd even say mediocre! I could ask for more variety for a hotel like this!

Location is central to Kaiserslautern but removed enough to be quiet at night and have ample included parking. The rooms are well stocked for short stays and in excellent condition. The beds, linens and towels are much higher quality than you would expect at the price point. The hotel was full when I stayed but the breakfast was still well stocked and I had no problems with WiFi speed. The gym has more to offer than most hotels in Europe, but due to the heavy U.S. military population staying, be prepared for a very full gym during the morning hours.

Wonderful staff that bent over backwards to provide superb service, especially the young lady who let me check in early on October 13th when I was exhausted from overnight international flight. The breakfast is superb, especially the scrambled eggs along with the tasty warm fresh baked croissants. Parking was free but not always available but guessing this was unusual situation due to big carnival occurring in next lot over.

Very attentive staff and the rooms were nice. AC worked well. I was surprised about the quality of the included breakfast - different days had changing options and there was great labelling for dietary restrictions.

Breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly.
The room is not just extremely clean. But it is not dirty either. The bedding is very comfortable and clean.
The hot water comes out very well and there is a lot of parking space, which is nice.

I spent nearly three months at this hotel, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every staff member was consistently kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. Throughout my entire stay, I encountered no issues, making this one of the hotels where I’ve created the fondest memories and met the most exceptional hotel workers.
I am deeply grateful to each and every member of the team. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff for their impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. Your efforts did not go unnoticed. And to the front desk team your professionalism and warmth made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I will genuinely miss you all.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and since it doesn’t have a lounge they give you a voucher for a drink and snack. Fest was going on right behind the hotel and the streets were busy, but you couldn’t hear much inside the room which was pleasant. Breakfast was ok, very typical and the blueberry waffles were intriguing. Good stay overall.

Much better than expected at the price. New hotel still had a few snags in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast but I could have done with a larger musli bowl. I would definitely choose this one again
