Clean good-sized, comfortable rooms. Pretty solid location near both the downtown and some of the better sites/sights. Friendly staff. Yes, it's a budget hotel, but people paying this price and then being surprised when it's not a four star hotel need to grow up.

Trier the city of moderate size(Japan regional cities small and rural and not very high), comfort is good. The trier city center from the outside is this. Italian and cheerful owner is always welcomed. For details separate from subjective (described by the interior Europe, Germany seems to feel. Breakfast is ham, cheese, and coffee. Bar at night is also such, so-called gas town. Employees, including gently used, beautiful colors. Urban Hotel, not how we feel. trier, since we are here to stay and we would come back, and good gas family.

Unfortunately, our room was never cleaned and the bed was rather uncomfortable. Personnel friendly, though.

Today were to eat in the (Handelshof), 2 persons +small child (21 months). Arrival approx. 1815Uhr. (For all the thinking of how you can go to this time out to eat )
Upon entering the premises I asked for a somewhat secluded table, as it will be the could be the small is a bit restless. Man(n) placed us next to one with five people occupied the table, although these were not the only guests. (aha remote) :D....Since the basement was this table then is still going on( funny Italy stories to share), it took about 6-8 minutes before we got the menu. Then everything went pretty quickly, order is delivered, screaming little man starts( it can happen , even with the announcement, therefore, of the above-mentioned desired remote table)
Shortly afterwards, we were kindly asked the other guests feel uncomfortable and we please understand SHOULD have. If not, we could go also (PLEASE).
OK, I said, I done called for the bill. On a scrap of paper collected One(s) gave me an amount X, I erwiedertte that I would like to have an invoice for that amount , and got casually to the answer that this was possible :D:D:D:D.....aber even better, the next remark of the man :P if you want an invoice , you must pay the total amount of the amount of XX. After a short exchange of words, it went well but suddenly with the required invoice. All in all, a rather modest outing in the Handelshof.

MfG, with a small child

A value for money accomodation with a simple and good little restaurant. Location is excellent.

We were arrive in the midnight (they've confirmed our arrival time) and there was no staff around so we have to wait outside and call them (they even complaint to us that it was midnight lol). Then, we have to open several safe lock and serve ourself. The hotel location also very weird and complicated. The parking lot was only free until 8 am.
