Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Moderne, großzügige Zimmer. Spielzimmer für die Kleinen und Freizeit raum mit Tischtennisplatte für die Größeren /Großen. Kostenlose Saunanutzung ist top. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgewogen. Abendessen war auch sehr schmackhaft.

Very friendly staff. We had a large spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child. The food was varied and there was also enough for our daughter. We used the bowling alley. The sauna was heated up just for us on request. There you could possibly make everything a little more comfortable. There are enough possibilities for excursions. Consistently positive

During the COVIT-19 time the hotel was still a nice place to stay. The room had comfortable beds and a large and clean bathroom. In the room was still a TV for watching. I paid for breakfast but it was not available.

Nice location for a birthday party including bowling. Really good severing and jummy food. Even games for kids were available.

Very nice ski Region for beginners and pros. A good alternativ to Sauerland less crowded and good prepared ski slopes. Prices are low. The Region itself had a Lot of activities for families with Kids.

This is nice place for staying overnight to watch the best sunset or sunrise. You have a wonderful view over the mountains of the Erzgebirge. The clear air and the open, wide view allows you to watch the stars from Fichtelberg during the night. The friendly restaurant offers also a candlelight-dinner. On the next day you can start a hiking tour into this nice area with nice meadows, fields and forests

Wonderful place, nice for hiking, vyvolat or just sightseeing. View is so nice and a trip by cable car is unique. This cable car is around 60 years old but it feels so safe.

Prices are okay given the location, service takes a little longer

Perfect place for a girlfriends-spa weekend getaway! Rooms were big and spacious, well suited for when travelling in groups. Nice variety of food for breakfast, there is even an Ayurvedic section which goes all together with the whole wellness vibe/experience. Located in a little german town with cozy places to have really good food. A big shout-out to Mr Rico Hielscher, who made our stay even more...

I did a trip to this hotel with 4 girlfriends. The rooms were big and comfortable, we had a very nice time! but what impressed me the most was the great service from Mr Rico Hielscher, very polite and always willing to help! Very good experience :)

Overall, I had a great experience and can also highly recommend the hotels own restaurant, in particular grilled steak on hot stone is a must! The hotel’s location is very convenient for activities in the region, e.g. wellness at Kurbad, cycling, watching football games at Erzgebirgstadium. The staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic authentic charm...

We were over Easter here with our little family. My wife and daughter went for 100% wellness. There is a Thermic Pool with a great sauna park - unfortunately some sections in construction. But to some it up: One of the best places to be in the far east of Germany. Unbelievable nature and many sport possibilities : hiking, bikini (off road and street). You have the possibilities to rent everything there...

We spent in the hotel all the week and I must say, that I was very satisfied - rooms were clean and quiet (I did not hear any sounds from neighbors) and really spacious, soft mattresses in a bed, nice view from the room. Breakfast - great selection of the meals for each type of person (dairy products, cereals, meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, coffee, selection of different teas, juices...) and nice...

Breakfast was very good. The location is perfect for a quiet stay. The staff is very friendly and hlepful.

The parking is guarded, which is very important.

We had a three roomed suite. The room was above my expectation with plenty of space for two motorcyclists and all their touring gear. Enough that 2 motorcyclists had room to move around and hang wet gear out of the way. The beds were comfy though I do think quite a few hotels in Europe, including this one, struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated...

Amazing hotel nested in a lost little town. Food is very good, service and cleanliness paramount and simplicity is the main ornament!

I was here on business trip and I have to say lunch was phenomenal especially deserts!, as for rooms they are very simple, nothing fancy, clean and quite. My one problem was the wifi which kept disconnecting and the mobile network also switches back and forth to Czech networks, so overall internet was kind of a hustle for me.

Friendly staff and they speak good english, they answered all my question with 200% patience. Very child friendly place, spacious dining area can accommodate group dining. Clean room, even though it is winter, the room is warm.

Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking. Checking out was more painful, felt like more than 20 minutes at the desk, due to similar issues at check in (refund of overpayment at Checking wasn't initially recognised, then took ages to get approved....

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch. Our baby absolutely loves it here—and especially Yoki, the hotel’s mascot—which is all that matters to us. We’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Very charming hotel. Lots of things for kids to do. Our granddaughter loved the indoor playground and the outdoor activities too. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We weren't aware of that until we arrived and it did make a difference in our stay. If we stay again, we'll verify if the pool is open before we drive so far. Still glad we went and the location...

Great place to ski and enjoy nature, the hotel is well equipped and has a long history of satisfied costumers.

Excellent ...but only if you speak German. Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

Had a great short stay here. Very friendly lady working at the front desk. Area was very peaceful and quiet (came in the summer). Hotel is close to both the lift/rodelbahn/other activities and also close to town which has some great restaurants. I liked that the hotel here had a 24/7 place by the front desk to get snacks and drinks. Room was very nice and clean. I would definitely come back here

The rooms were all clean and we gad a beautiful view to the mountains. The workers were all friendly towards us and I didn’t felt alienated at all. My Highlight was that you could have free ski equipment and the mountans were right next to the hotel. I only hope that they’ll have dinner too some day (:

To sum up: The rooms had towels and water for free to use during your sty, everything was clean and you had a great view to the mountains. It’s not luxurious but I really liked it there. It’s affordable and has a lit to offer like Ski equipment for free during your stay or e-bikes for free in summer. The workers were very friendky and polite. I didn’t felt alienated at all. Location is great, in front of ski lifts. Accommodations are not up to par of prices charged, bathroom tub extremely slippery and dangerous, limited toiletries are given (one small soap for a room with 4 people?).

The best located hotel in Oberwiesenthal. Direct on the Schwäbebahn and ski lifts, and at the base of the ski runs. Everything in this hotel works great, from check-in, on location parking, and large clean rooms. We haven't been to Oberwiesenthal for a few years, and now with the COVID restrictions, we were happy to return and to have all work out perfect for our trip. In house ski, snowboard, and...

What a lovely hidden gem of a hotel! We stopped for the night on the way back from Prague, and we will surely be back. Really nice English speaking staff, lovely hotel and great slopes. Will be back!

The rooms, staff, and sauna were great. Breakfast and dinner, however, were mediocre.

Good hotel and good location, poor restaurant. The hotel reception was very good and professional. The restaurant was poor. The breakfast table was not cleared or set. The buffet displays were not fresh. No fresh salad, tomatoes were whole. The evening buffet was not well prepared and presented. Dessert was cheap and unimaginative. The few service staff were overwhelmed but still friendly.

We spent a weekend at the Best Western Ahorn Hotel. We booked a deluxe room with half board. The location at the foot of the Fichtelberg, just two minutes' walk from the valley station of both the lift and the cable car, has both advantages and disadvantages. Hübsches, kleines Hotel, zentrale Lage... Nur das Schlüsselproblem war nicht auf Anhieb zu lösen. Hintertür klemmt, Telefonanruf erfolglos... Geduld war gefragt. Sonst perfekt. Komme gerne wieder.

The hotel is nice and the service is ok. We slept well and had breakfast too. The equipment is a bit old but clean and intact. The hotel impresses with its location in the middle of Schneeberg and you can hear the tower clock. Very nice is the bakery and drinks for self-sufficiency at a reasonable price. A key machine enables individual arrival. The rooms were warm and the blankets cozy. Everything...

Very nice hotel. Its great locetated. Its in the center of Schneeberg of the opposite of the restaurant Rathskeller. But hotel has his own restaurant as well. Breakfast is included with a good offer to eat. I got satisfied. The service was friendly as well. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Each room has his own bathroom with shower. We received a warm welcome here with our little miniature poodle, Lilo. The room was clean and cozy, furnished with great attention to detail. Breakfast was served in the beautifully designed breakfast room – there was something for everyone.

We stayed at Pension Teuber for two weeks in July. We can highly recommend this accommodation; it is beautifully furnished and very clean and tidy. A good and plentiful breakfast provides a great start to the day, and Mrs. Teuber's friendly and kind manner is also worth mentioning. We would gladly return.

We stayed four nights at Pension Teuber (room 1, a double room). The furnishings are simple, but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value for money. We would gladly return.

We were a group of 13 and were very satisfied. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse. Mrs. Teuber is very friendly. Mrs. Teuber and the staff are very nice and the pension is well located. One star deduction, since individual apartments would have to be brought up to scratch again. Otherwise I can recommend the pension.

This is how I imagine an accommodation in the Ore Mountains. Modern and rustic at the same time. Everything clean and nicely prepared. Super breakfast buffet and all that at a great price! The next vacation in the area, definitely again in this pension.

We spent a week on vacation in Oberwiesenthal. The idea of ​​the all-inclusive package is great, we were already looking forward to it. We stayed in the Miriquidi (double room with an extra bed for our daughter). The staff in the main hotel was very friendly (very few spoke German). It was very rare to see staff at Miriquidi. For all meals (except breakfast) we had to go to the Rathaushotel, 200m away...

Hotel is great. 5 min from Ski Lift. Food was very good, parking nearby the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back, once we visit Oberwiesenthal again :-)

Really nice hotel. Located near a lot of tourist attractions. Internet was quite good. The breakfast and the dinner were even better! Nice place to stay for a few days!

It was a very nice holiday, the staff were very friendly, the food was good and the rooms were fine, we would gladly come back.

Smallest hotel in the Rathaushotel chain. Two-room apartments, relatively basic, but perfectly adequate. Equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed (or bunk beds), two small bathrooms with shower and toilet, and two TVs. Large communal breakfast room with TV and a good breakfast selection. Disadvantage: For lunch and/or a substantial dinner, you have to walk to the Rathaushotel, about 200 meters away...

The room was large and spacious overall, and the mattresses in the main bed were very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The extra bed, however, was unfortunately quite uncomfortable. The TV was very small, which somewhat limited the comfort. The bathroom was very small and cramped, as was the shower. Everything fitted. Food, drinks, service and cleanliness very good. We had a family room with 2 rooms and 2 very small bathrooms. We have a 100% recommendation.

Small, quiet hotel with a great breakfast. Only the bathroom is very small. But it is due to the architecture. The catering in the Rathaushotel is always great. The surcharge for dogs is quite high at 15 euros per night. It was definitely not the last stay. The staff is super friendly.

Good value for money. 8 min drive from the skiiing area (there are free parking spots next to the skilift), nice breakfast and a spa you can rent per hour so you have your private spa.

I have had several stays at this hotel and each time I was satisfied with my visit. The hotel offers breakfast in the price which is a very interesting addition. The staff working there is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and smells very nice. The bed is very comfortable, you can get a good night's sleep after a hard day. I highly recommend

Very friendly staff, incredible Schnitzel.

We arrived late and the kitchen was closed but yet they offered to make a schnitzel with braten kartoffln for us which we highly appreciated after 10-12 hours of driving. Breakfast was also very fine with good selection - only missed water without gas

Off-season visit with Family. Very Kid-friendly. Enjoyed and felt very comfortable during our stay! We did miss anything.
