Had a great short stay here. Very friendly lady working at the front desk. Area was very peaceful and quiet (came in the summer). Hotel is close to both the lift/rodelbahn/other activities and also close to town which has some great restaurants. I liked that the hotel here had a 24/7 place by the front desk to get snacks and drinks. Room was very nice and clean. I would definitely come back here.

Great hotel, excellent service, excellent breakfast, perfect location right across the skiing area, free parking, ski rental included for hotel guests, self service bar is perfect kids, close to nearby restaurants and shops

The rooms were all clean and we gad a beautiful view to the mountains. The workers were all friendly towards us and I didn’t felt alienated at all. My Highlight was that you could have free ski equipment and the mountans were right next to the hotel. I only hope that they’ll have dinner too some day (:

To sum up: The rooms had towels and water for free to use during your sty, everything was clean and you had a great view to the mountains. It’s not luxurious but I really liked it there. It’s affordable and has a lit to offer like Ski equipment for free during your stay or e-bikes for free in summer. The workers were very friendky and polite. I didn’t felt alienated at all. The breakfast was great too and you coukd ask the wirkers for anything any time, they vere very friendly. I just hope that they’ll offer dinner soon because I think it woukd be perfect then. And thank you to Mr. Richter who was really friendly towards me and helped me a lot with my booking. I loved the hotel nd will visit it next year too! (In the picture you can see my sight to the mountains from my room and it’s just perfect.)

Great service, location and price. The hotel is directly close to the ski lifts and at walking distance from all the major services / attractions of the city. The staff is very friendly and the facilities very easy to use. The room was also very spacious and nicely decorated. Only minus: for us the mattresses were very hard, but otherwise highly recommended!

Location is great, in front of ski lifts. Accommodations are not up to par of prices charged, bathroom tub extremely slippery and dangerous, limited toiletries are given (one small soap for a room with 4 people?).

The best located hotel in Oberwiesenthal. Direct on the Schwäbebahn and ski lifts, and at the base of the ski runs. Everything in this hotel works great, from check-in, on location parking, and large clean rooms. We haven't been to Oberwiesenthal for a few years, and now with the COVID restrictions, we were happy to return and to have all work out perfect for our trip. In house ski, snowboard, and sled rental is great. Spacious ski equipment room with available heated lockers. We had a room with an incredible view of the Fichtelberg, and the rooms are very quiet. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly, as were all the guests too. We will definitely come back here next time!

Fantastic, no matter whether in summer or in Winter...
Sports Party - a good mood!
Sauna, party room, terrace with views of Fichtelberg mountain,sports shop, Bike and ski test centre, bike washing area and workshop, lockable Bike and ski Deposit with heated Parking, Ski and snowboard school... What more could you want.

Super Hotel directly on the ski slope. Friendly Service. Neat and clean ambience, with modern facility. Half Board plentiful and large selection. Heated ski storage, table tennis, a Sauna, and party room. What more could you want. Highly recommend to you. From me 5 points.
