Amazing hotel nested in a lost little town. Food is very good, service and cleanliness paramount and simplicity is the main ornament!

We had a three roomed suite. The room was above my expectation with plenty of space for two motorcyclists and all their touring gear. Enough that 2 motorcyclists had room to move around and hang wet gear out of the way. The beds were comfy though I do think quite a few hotels in Europe, including this one, struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated adult males. The bar and restaurant was very pleasant and a good meal and a few beers were consumed. The breakfast was more than typical with hot and cold selections as well as cereals and fruits. Usually, except a very few hotels in which I have stayed, this hotel has a large, comfortable smoking room adjacent to the bar. The rooms was clean and tidy on our arrival. We were able to park our bikes on the frontage of the hotel without issue. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I would stay again

We were with our small daughter and our dog in the panorama hotel and practically had a Suite directly at the back entrance of a side wing. Thus, the morning walk was quickly done. The Breakfast staff has offered, in spite of ready-to-eingedeckter tables a table with the best view and the sunshine and the wind for us. Very good for the Service. The Buffet was always filled even though we were the last guests at Breakfast. Salt cave, swimming pool and mini-Golf to us and our daughter did very well. It was a really great short holiday at an affordable price. The Team from panorama hotel is provided and friendly, we will come back.

Very nice Hotel with super views. Rooms are functionally furnished. Food was very tasty and the entertainment very good. Again.

The "family rooms" are on the DDR level...and that's putting it mildly! From the Buffet (evening and Breakfast), we had only the most safe eaten....but the optics are warned clearly! 177€ for That?!? Never again and sad for this beautiful Region!

We were a motorcycle group and had selected the Hotel as a base for our tours through the ore mountains. The rooms were clean and functional, the bed comfortable. The Breakfast buffet and the evening buffet plentiful and extensive, tasty and varied. And it was until the end. The Service was attentive and friendly - so all around everything is in order, there is to complain about really nothing. Our motorcycles in a Garage that you could also screw got, so all is Well. The price-performance ratio was also - so we are definitely coming again, because there are many curves in the ore mountains, which we had to because of the weather and the short time skip.
