Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking. Checking out was more painful, felt like more than 20 minutes at the desk, due to similar issues at check in (refund of overpayment at Checking wasn't initially recognised, then took ages to get approved.
Room was very serviceable for the price, for my wife, toddler and I.
Breakfast and dinner buffets were ok, definitely catered to kids, less for adults and toddlers.
Staff were very friendly and my daughter loved 'Großer Yoki'.
Overall the half board was good value, the the check in and check out issues leads me to mark down.
Lots to do at the hotel and surrounds, but more suitable for kids over 4yo than under.
Will come back in a a couple of years when my daughter is old enough to enjoy it more

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch. Our baby absolutely loves it here—and especially Yoki, the hotel’s mascot—which is all that matters to us. We’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Very charming hotel. Lots of things for kids to do. Our granddaughter loved the indoor playground and the outdoor activities too. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We weren't aware of that until we arrived and it did make a difference in our stay. If we stay again, we'll verify if the pool is open before we drive so far. Still glad we went and the location is beautiful and the temperatures during our visit were awesome.

The locations is nice, rooms are pretty standard, not terribly nice or bad. The hotel states it is at least partially wheelchair accessible and we phoned in advance to confirm that. Although by that they meant the rooms have elevator access and the dining area is on the ground floor. Practically all free time activities are not wheelchair accessible. Extremely disappointed and feel like we were misled. Very mediocre at best.

great place for a get away holiday with kids - lots of play opportunities inside and outside, the pool was great, too. nice activities like gold mining and stockbrot (was savory but sooo delicious), Agata the animator was doing an excellent job. Friendly staff and delicious coctails, too.. gin&tonic card :)

the activities around the hotel are also interesting and suitable for adults and kids of any ages

The Service, the leisure activities for children and family and the food are very very good.
It has more of a small swimming pool, a gym, a cinema room, several Saunenund much.

BUT who wants to do with his child NAP or have to has bad cards. Because the doors to the hallway are the simplest Standard and fully sound-permeable. Every cough, every rumble you hear in the room and is always awake. By our door I've seen on the sides even the light to Shine through. This should definitely be improved. And in the evening the same game. A fall Asleep is very difficult.

Environment and offers but top.

We had booked a short break as a family. 3 nights. 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 19 months.
Reception and staff were very friendly.
You felt in good hands.
The FDGB charm of the original object will be the main to get rid of probably the task for the future.
In the medium term, the guests are likely to shrink, because of the impression that the typical clientele since 1986 in front of the dining hall on the Opening of the buffet waiting (and according to three looks).
Efforts are steering the trend in the direction of the family vacation, but recognizable.

We have spent with our little daughter for a few days holiday there and were unfortunately disappointed. We had a small room with a tiny bathroom, in the little, the cot was squeezed into the room. The cleanliness... hair on the carpet in the room, you only had to pine run, and old gummy bears under the bed. The running rail of the shower door should be cleaned. The staff gets praise for the courtesy and the food ( Buffets for Breakfast and dinner) was very good, everything was plentiful and tasted it also. One thing should be noted -> this applies to the older, blonde lady in the service area of the Restaurants, you should leave it but to not make the employees in front of guests, the easy part!

The Breakfast is really great and the Pool is also really cool, the cool thing was they also had a how llong everything was really great and for me the Hotel has liked good impression and the best thing we had was a cool room and we had two TV's which was really cool as the evening buffet and the morning buffet was everything from the two very tasty, I was felt very comfortable in this Hotel and I hope that it also went even further so I thought it was cool that they even had pool tables and some of the cinema it always exciting movies, and also the Personal fun was very nice and the reception and what I felt wasn't so nice that the prices for the drinks are pretty high were I would drive again into this Hotel because me Yes just well

A little old-fashioned, but very clean. The disabled bathroom size. Massage and swimming pool good and clean. A flight of stairs to the swimming pool, however, is with a Walker is stupid, you can't do it alone. Otherwise up on UG all disabled persons. The fitness room is super. A very large shortcoming of the space-fumble in the Restaurant, since almost everything is reserved for the guests, with the tour buses. Staff very nice and friendly
