Initially the treatment was good, the guy at the reception was friendly and helped with the luggage. Unfortunately, I felt offended by his completely unprofessional attitude. Shortly before checkout, a man (other guest) came to our room asking us to close the shower door, as there was a problem with water infiltration (or something like that) on the floor below. I apologized to him in advance and went to check what was happening in the bathroom where my wife I was taking a shower. However, I noticed that the shower door was closed and the bathroom was completely dry. I tried to locate the man to let him know and I couldn't find him, neither the man nor anyone at the reception. So, I couldn’t to advise that the water infiltration problem was not caused by the open shower door. But this could easily be seen once the bathroom was completely dry and the towels on the floor were also dry. Unfortunately, we received a message “thanking us for the water damage” and “teaching us” that we should close the shower door. Wait… What? We've been to several hotels and have been traveling Europe for 30 days without any complaints. As a customer, I felt deeply offended and in my opinion this attitude was xenophobic. Would they make the same assumption and send the same message if we were European, without even asking us about the situation or without checking that the bathroom was completely dry? I don’t think so, I will seek a lawyer to consult about this message and situation. All they had to do was ask if something had happened or just go to the bathroom and check if it was wet, but they opted for blaming us. If there is a problem with water infiltration, it could be caused by another room or the bathroom stall rather than the open shower door. Due to the offensive situation, I could not give more than one star.
