Staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful. Location is right in the middle of everything. It’s not luxurious but has everything for a short stay. Very clean.

Very convenient location and good & friendly hospitality. Appreciate the lady receptionist that allowed me early checked in and even prepared for me packed breakfast (breakfast on the go) coz we have to catch the early train to Berlin. Many thanks to her 😀❤️

Overall is okay to nearly the main station and easy to walk around in city breakfast is nice & tasty, for twin bed is very tiny.

Location convenient just few minutes walk from Central Station. Hotel deco very retro, no water machine at reception with hot water option which makes it inconvenient. Offer free breakfast is a plus.

Dogs or cats hairs in the room even if it s a allergy free room so our daughter had allerguc reaction the hole week. Otherwise nice place with really good spa center. Bit of a pity that you need to pay 2

The room's air conditioning was very noisy; I complained to the front desk, but they didn't fix it. Later, they sent someone to check it out, but they couldn't resolve the issue either. The hotel has parking in the suburbs. Parking costs 16 euros.

The hotel must have a long history, with heavy copper keys, a nice environment, and a fountain.

Wonderful stay in nice surroundings The Radisson is a wonderful hotel in very nice surroundings. It was very convenient for us as it is within walking distance of the Villa Sorgenfrei where we had a family event. The breakfast buffet is amazing with variety. Very friendly staff.

Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods. Parking in the underground garage is easy. The hotel is just a short walk from a bunch of cool attractions. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

After mediocre experience in Titisee we were hesitating to take this hotel and we loved it! Very good facilities for a family! Even if the hotel is huge and full of guests, the staff is extremely professional and provides personalised advice and guidance in a very friendly manner. It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

It was a delightfully awful experience with the Hilton chain. A gorgeous wrapper (the entrance and the glowing sign) with a rotten candy inside — low ceilings, pitiful room and hallway decor, walls painted sometime around the early 2000s, and carpets that have clearly survived several world events. This hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the minibar was a great. A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience. The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. Overall, it wasn't bad. There were no particularly dirty areas, so it's good for people who want to stay cheap. A normal hotel.

The location is a little far from the central station, but I used the tram to get there. It's a nice, quiet place with no noise. Best of all, there was a bathtub, so I was able to take a long bath and relieve the fatigue of my travels. Another good point is that there is a shop inside the hotel. I was able to buy water, alcohol, snacks, etc. The front desk staff were also very kind. Highly rated.

I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. The twin beds on the other hand is pretty narrow and my son actually fell off a couple of times during the night waking me up in a fright lol.

Very relaxing place. Close to Dresden, too. The bus takes 15min and leaves every 10min. They have a gym, wonderful breakfasts, and you can bring your dog (10euro surcharge). If you are lucky, you can get a room facing Dresden and watch lovely city lights at night

Great NH hotel. Fantastic location, perfect view and an excellent wellness spa/sauna area. Car parking was extremely convenient. Cocktails at the bar were lovely. We skipped breakfast here, but the bakery right out the front door was perfect for a quick bite.

I am in love with this hotel. The staff is nice. You can even cook in the kitchen, when you ask for it. Isn't this amazing? The only thing I didn't like is how they made the bed. Nice hotel, big room, friendly staff. A little bit out of the city but easy access on foot (15 min) or via the tram. Very close the river which is a nice walk into the old town.

They handled my double payment in a very professional and effcient way. Reliable! The lunch box they prepared for me for my very early departure (at 3:40 AM) is also considerate. Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent.
