Location convenient just few minutes walk from Central Station. Hotel deco very retro, no water machine at reception with hot water option which makes it inconvenient. Offer free breakfast is a plus.

This was my second stay because I liked the location,Close to the central train station and Flixbus station,close to Old town , and the brusling surroundings of the hotel full of shops.

Location for hotel was perfect. Very near to Dresden Central Station. Lots of shopping areas just below the hotel and nearby. The room is abit small but clean and comfortable

We had a lovely stay at Ibis Dresden! The location was great to so many restaurants and shops and malls! We had a great room as far as space wise, the view from our room was great! I feel like the rooms can be a little bit styled up and vibrant a little bit

During our breakfast we had ao many options to chose from! The staff was great! Parking can be a bit tricky but there are some parking garages in couple of minutes walking distance and you can just park with your car there

We stayed here for Christmas and our room overlooked the Christmas market and had a lovely table and chairs next to a huge window. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can’t recommend this place highly enough

We love this chain and find it is always beautifully appointed, clean, professionally staffed and rooms comfortable

We skipped breakfast here, but the bakery right out the front door was perfect for a quick bite

I booked the christmas market view room which was perfect. NH chain is always good!

The cabinets were a little dusty. Some people complain about low lighting in the rooms, but in our room it was fine, sufficient, no complaints from us. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

You can even cook in the kitchen, when you ask for it. Isn't this amazing? The only thing I didn't like is how they made the bed. I need the whole duvet and not a half. Please leave the blanket outside

Usually TSH rooms are spacious, of a high standard with great bathroom facilities, good air conditioning in the rooms, excellent cleaning and proper sound isolation despite central locations

I also love that you can dim the light and it feels nostalgic there

I’ve been staying at The Student Hotel (TSH) chain on several occasions during the past two years in Amsterdam, Florence, Barcelona and now Dresden, and I can honestly say that the Dresden hotel doesn’t do the chain justice

TSH Dresden lacked all of this. Air condition was hardly working at all with both our room and our floor being uncomfortably hot to put it mildly. The queen sized room was was quite crammed, with little room to manoeuvre

Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center

My only suggestion would be the need to advise guests arriving on foot from the station that they can walk along the arcade running right through the middle of the Trade Centre, in order to reach the hotel, and do not need to walk all the way around the Trade Centre

• The hotel has a very good overall structure • Direct access to the World Trade Center, where there are food and supermarket options • Breakfast is slightly above the average price • Bathtub in the bathroom • There are closets, but no dedicated space to open suitcases

Great value for money! 15-20 minutes to the Old Town. Good parking under the hotel €12, we parked in the street as it was weekend and free. Nice cosy bar with snacks available following our return from the Semperoper

Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright

This is one of my favorites hotel. It's just tidy and clean and always professional. And the price, it's just not high, so I recommend it.

Public transport was practically at its door steps and it made our travelling to the various attractions so much convenient and easier. The rooms were clean and comfy. Staff were attentive and friendly

Despite being in such a central spot, the area is really clean and well kept. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay

Modern hotel with a pool, sauna, fitness centre, restaurant. It's in a brilliant location for exploring the pedestrianised area of dresden. It's only a short walk from the main cathedral and the river

Nice and clean. Great location - close proximity to station and if you visit during Christmas there is a market right outside. Bathroom is interesting but not bad.

It is located only 500 meters from the city centre. You can walk anywhere. Staff was very helpful. Room is good but needs a bit refurbishing.

Stayed for a long weekend on a May public holiday. Hotel was busy, but the service was still excellent. We didn't mind the 5UR charge (per adult, kids are free) to use the spa and pool as it meant it was nice and quiet

The hotel was everything we needed. The room was clean a good size and the beds comfortable. Our room looked out on to the main road but was very quiet. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was plentiful

I always stay here overnight when I visit metal shows in Dresden and this place has everything I need and it is so affordable! I had booked one night at the 6 bed mixed dorm and upon arrival, I was offered to stay in the all-female-dorm with no extra costs

Close enough to everything you might want to see in Dresden, most of it is just a bus or tram ride away. Hostel was clean, safe and staff were friendly. Near a close restaurant that delivers food by metal railings.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are perfectly adequate and have everything you need to be comfortable, and if you're like me and prefer to cook your own meals, they have a well-equipped kitchen

Centrally located, commuting to the City centre was simple and easy. Also they have a good breakfast spread.

Superior room was ideal for a few days as it’s nicely renovated and decorated. 20-30 walk to main attractions and some good value restaurants and supermarket close by. Bonus parking too.

I had stayed for 2 week in room with Kitchen. There is a seperated bed room, living room and kitchen. Washroom is having heating arrangement and bathtub. Kitchen is not having microwave oven and toster

Breakfast was served from 7 until 11. Parking nearby without extra cost was possible. The receptionist gave us two cartons of water for free when we checked out.

I booked a hotel room for one adult and two children, but was mistakenly told I was booked for a double room. I was flustered, but the staff upgraded me to a family room, which allowed me to enjoy a comfortable stay

They charged 20 euros for check-in an hour early, but since we were on an overnight flight, we had to pay extra. At other hotels, we were checked in without any questions about room readiness or any extra charges

The downstairs space has a luxury feel to it, open plan, plenty of seating that lends itself well to sitting by yourself or encourages you to speaking with others. Location is great, would definitely stay again

We had a great overnight stay at Star G Hotel in Dresden. Because we came for the Christmas markets, the location could not have been better. For how good the location is, I think the price was very reasonable

INCREDIBLE! This stay was spectacular. The room with the view over the Christmas markets was magical and it made my trip so special. I would highly recommend staying here, especially during Christmas time :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Star G. I can only imagine what it must look like during Christmas market season, but it was still lovely looking out over the square with the beautiful church bells nearby

Our stay is overall great. We had a very convenient accomodation. We would like to stay again here if we will come back someday in Dresden.

Check-in took at least 30 minutes, and they charged incorrectly. The room faces the street and is very noisy. The air conditioning is also very loud and doesn't work properly. The bathroom is leaking water

The lobby constantly smells of the restaurant next door, which doesn't taste good. Definitely not a 4-star hotel as described

As the room I had didn't come with a bathroom I had to use the ones for the whole floor, but these were 5 individual bathrooms with showers and everything, that were near to a hotel level

Also, the breakfast was pretty good, with the buns being freshly made and therefore being soft and warm while eating. Great Experience! Shame that they will have to shut down at the end of the year!

I even had a very nice view with the room being on the corner and therefore having to window fronts

Went there with very low expectations like those you have when you got to a DJH Jugendherberge, but was totally taken by surprise when I saw the amazing rooms, which were very big, modern and comfortable

The hotel was nice, we spent 2 nights there, very clean, polite staff. You can get breakfest in hotel too, but we decide to eat outside. away from center with car, there is good bus connection too

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, in a residential area south of Dresden, but there's a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, where you can take a bus to the city center. Even a taxi would only cost about €11

The room was clean and refurnished, although we didn’t have fridge neither safety box in our room. But the quality was good. It was in center. For breakfast there was a line for coffee as it was crowded.

An ideal place to relax! The rooms fully correspond to the photo. There is everything you need, shampoo, shower gel. Very clean rooms with snow-white, clean bed linen. Friendly staff and delicious breakfasts

A recommended place to Stay, Chill out, Spa, and food! Qualified Service looked after us great, the rooms are designed in very cozy and references to the Spa which is a mysticism for the body and soul! Food

You can use the Spa, Sauna and two swimming pools! in case of bad weather indoor swimming pool is :) In the evening you can relax in schiha :) We spent a very nice time there Simply super!

One thing to note for interested guests - due to the building being an old villa there is no elevator, or ramps for wheelchair users. Pretty sure it wouldn't be possible to install these

Please keep that in mind when booking if you rely on these accommodations. Otherwise absolute recommendation. I will surely stay here again the next time I visit Dresden :)

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip. The room I stayed in was surprisingly large, wonderfully quiet, very clean and tidy. The staff was incredibly nice

Super suitable, to round off the evening. On the situation, one can say only that it is centrally located and you can explore Dresden from there, also very good to walk. I can recommend the Hotel to 100%

Great location! You could walk within ten minutes and be in the old town area. Lots of restaurant options nearby. We arrived early and there was no problem with an early check in. Great bar and lounge.

Motel One Zwinger was perfectly located within easy walking distance of all the markets and was perfectly situated in regards to the historical district of Dresden

We couldn’t believe we had such a nice view of the Zwinger from our window! It was a great and clean room, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would come back!
