Very convenient location and good & friendly hospitality

The lady at the Reception was not kind. The room was cold. However excellent location and goog facilities.

We had a lovely stay at Ibis Dresden! The location was great to so many restaurants and shops and malls! We had a great room as far as space wise, the view from our room was great! I feel like the rooms can be a little bit styled up and vibrant a little bit

During our breakfast we had ao many options to chose from! The staff was great! Parking can be a bit tricky but there are some parking garages in couple of minutes walking distance and you can just park with your car there

Appreciate the lady receptionist that allowed me early checked in and even prepared for me packed breakfast (breakfast on the go) coz we have to catch the early train to Berlin

Overall is okay to nearly the main station and easy to walk around in city breakfast is nice & tasty, for twin bed is very tiny.

Good Hotel, however I may also experience much better Radisson Blu Hotels. Probably it is due to the size and and at a conference during my stay, especially the Restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed

Our stay was great! The place was clean and the reception staff was super nice. I just wish they provide disposable slippers and maybe add small toiletries for the guests like in other nice hotels

There are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Don't be together like a stranger

Dogs or cats hairs in the room even if it s a allergy free room so our daughter had allerguc reaction the hole week. Otherwise nice place with really good spa center. Bit of a pity that you need to pay 2

Wonderful stay in nice surroundings The Radisson is a wonderful hotel in very nice surroundings. It was very convenient for us as it is within walking distance of the Villa Sorgenfrei where we had a family event

This resort-like hotel is really nice. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel staff is friendly and will answer any questions you have.

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning

Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

And what a breakfast it was! Probably the saddest meal I’ve ever had. I don’t eat meat or dairy, and the only alternatives offered were vinegar-marinated fish and an impressive assortment of bread

After mediocre experience in Titisee we were hesitating to take this hotel and we loved it! Very good facilities for a family! Even if the hotel is huge and full of guests, the staff is extremely professional and provides personalised advice and guidance in a very friendly manner

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods

Excellent experience we too the family suite which was big and comfortable. The hotel is right at the edge of the old city 5 min walk

We had a good dinner and wonderful breakfast. They also have a very interesting loyalty programme

Still Some room for improvement- in the order there were bath tub and shower but didnt mention these are in the same wet room. No much sense having it together so we couldnt take this in advantage

The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. On top of that, all the towels had a strong Clorox-like smell, which is hard to ignore

This hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the minibar was a great. A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience

All of the hotel staff we encountered (front desk, breakfast, bar, and room service) were extremely friendly and helpful. The mini-bar was restocked daily

Our room was 425, which had a unique layout as we didn't share walls with any other rooms (except the far wall in the bathroom)

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms are beautiful and clean, and the access to sauna for only 5€ per person is a great plus. City center is reachable by public transportation in 15-20 min.

Check in was quick, welcome titbits, drinks. Free drink vouchers per pax ea per night if u dont have daily cleaning. Can still xchange towels, reqt toiletries from reception

Fair food in the restaurant and it's quiet in the night. Happy with the stay

I was part of a graduation party and the service was pretty good and the rooms were all nicely decorated and modern although I think the room could be a bit bigger for such an amount of people (about 80-100)

I requested a crib when I booked, but the hotel said they didn't accept that request. They did provide a crib, though. There were two sinks, which was convenient. I don't know how to use the sauna in the basement

I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel location is a bit tricky. I thought it would be inconvenient to use without a car. I booked a large room because of the baby, but it was very spacious. There was a queen-size bed and two single beds

One of the best hotel in Germany. Top location close to x-mass market. Perfect breakfast. Caring for dogs. Excellent comfortable beds. The highest level of service sales and contact with guests. Another nice stay.

Last night we had the windows open for airflow and could smell cigerette smoke from the people in the courtyard below our room. The Daily breakfast and service was excellent!

We stayed here for Christmas and our room overlooked the Christmas market and had a lovely table and chairs next to a huge window. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can’t recommend this place highly enough

In my opinion, this is one of the best Steigenberger hotels. Perfectly located in the very heart of Dresden, directly overlooking the Frauenkirche

The rooms are spacious, quiet, and elegantly furnished, offering a high level of comfort. The breakfast buffet is outstanding – extensive, fresh, and beautifully presented with regional selections

And as for breakfast, it is hard to describe it without admiration — it was simply exceptional. I am genuinely impressed and grateful for your hospitality

We stayed here for one night last weekend. The hotel is ideally situated on the Neumarkt, just across the beautiful "Frauenkirche" and with a stonesthrow away from al the mayor landmarks Dresden has to offer

The cabinets were a little dusty. Some people complain about low lighting in the rooms, but in our room it was fine, sufficient, no complaints from us. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

You can even cook in the kitchen, when you ask for it. Isn't this amazing? The only thing I didn't like is how they made the bed. I need the whole duvet and not a half. Please leave the blanket outside

Usually TSH rooms are spacious, of a high standard with great bathroom facilities, good air conditioning in the rooms, excellent cleaning and proper sound isolation despite central locations

I also love that you can dim the light and it feels nostalgic there

I’ve been staying at The Student Hotel (TSH) chain on several occasions during the past two years in Amsterdam, Florence, Barcelona and now Dresden, and I can honestly say that the Dresden hotel doesn’t do the chain justice

TSH Dresden lacked all of this. Air condition was hardly working at all with both our room and our floor being uncomfortably hot to put it mildly. The queen sized room was was quite crammed, with little room to manoeuvre

Nice hotel, big room, friendly staff. A little bit out of the city but easy access on foot (15 min) or via the tram. Very close the river which is a nice walk into the old town.

It is close to River Elbe for which I would show a few photos below. It would be great to walk at the trail along the river

Very nice hotel, modern and clean rooms, easy access from the motorway. The staff was friendly too! The only negative is the price of the underground garage - 20 EUR per night, a bit expensive. Overall highly recommend!

Overall the hotel looks good but there are 2 thing that really disturbed us 1. the breakfast price was too high (after we took a look what breakfast include) 2. the major thing is the twin beds

Service was good, but we didn’t like that the receptionist invited us to park in the garage without mentioning that it came with an extra fee

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The location is fantastic with a parking garage right in front of the door. We will definitely stay there again.

The beer, wine, water and juice in the refrigerator mini-bar is complimentary, and they restock it when they do the room. Breakfast is good enough and the staff keeps the buffet stocked

Modern hotel inna very convenient location and walk to most attractions in minutes. Staff are friendly and the food in the restaurant are amazingly good.

The premium room  has a cupboard door share with the bathroom broom and toilet. When you draw the door to close it makes noise and the lights wake up the other person.  This is most disturbing experience

The facilities were also good, the bed was comfortable and they had a TV, the bathroom was very nicely decorated and it was tidy, thank goodness you could book in late in the evening and it's close to a train station so it's easy to get there

Lovely, clean and well located hotel. Easy tram to the main train station. Staff were very good, and my room felt spacious and even had nice views. FYI, I didn’t partake in the breakfast so my review doesn’t reflect that

The city center is just a few steps away from the hotel, the tram stop is a stone's throw away, and thanks to Dresden's excellent transport infrastructure, you can easily get anywhere from the hotel

It was about 15 minutes to the market square and about 15 minutes from the station. The room and facilities were really good, and I was also very satisfied with the breakfast

A nice hotel located close to Dresden Old Town, with beautifully classic style décor and very very very clean rooms!!!💗💗💗 However, sorry to say that the service might not be as good as what you’d expect from a typical star-rated hotel

Great value for money! 15-20 minutes to the Old Town. Good parking under the hotel €12, we parked in the street as it was weekend and free. Nice cosy bar with snacks available following our return from the Semperoper

The hotel was also very well situated near a tram station, making it an excellent point of departure for going to the city centre in Dresden

However the bathroom was roomy with a good shower, and the bed was surprisingly soft and we slept well

Have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is excellent, easy to get to the city. The hotel facilities need to be updated. The food in the hotel's restaurant is good and the service is good

Tony at reception is ready to help out. Maddox in the restaurant is great. He just graduated from apprentice training, four months ago, and doing an excellent job with a "can-do" personality

There's another young man who seems all about getting your order quickly and getting on with things. It seems after the food's on the table he's too busy nabbing the next customer

He's full of a lot of "we can't do that"s, whereas Maddox is ready to figure out an alternative or make your need possible. We observed Maddox cleaning all of the tables after the guests had left, even the other waiters

This other person seems like a real go getter, this just doesn't seem like the proper environment for it. Perhaps a fast food chain might suit him better

The guest rooms with conjoined shower and tub share one container of body wash & shampoo and no wash clothes. If a person tries to access either bottle from the tub they're going to break their neck

It is near the old town, a 5-minute walk away. Although the room is relatively small, it is very comfortable and clean overall. It is a very cost-effective choice

The location is a lil bit far from the train station, but environment and service is perfect.

At first we were a bit sceptic (internet access is pretty steep as is often the case in Germany), and one of the rooms seemed very remote (very large building and long corridors), and you have to use your key to open the corridor doors

Furthermore, the breakfast isn't the most exciting selection we have come across. But the plus side turned out to be bigger: First of all, the staff is both service minded and pleasantly down to earth
